Es war OK

Die Lage war perfekt.

Das Wasser aus der Leitung schmeckt modrig und als ich ankam, war niemand an der Rezeption ich musste mich selber über ein Terminal einchecken.

Ideaal voor een nacht tijdens een doorreis

Vriendelijk ontvangst, behulpzame receptioniste. Ruime kamer, babybed stond klaar. Ruime parkeergelegenheid. Dichtbij de snelweg.

Kamer was erg warm, lastig om temperatuur goed te regelen. Een waterkoker met thee/koffie had ik verwacht op de kamer maar was niet aanwezig. Verder was de verlichting niet goed te regelen waardoor het of heel licht of donker was.

Für einen alten Darmstädter perfekt.

Das schöne Innendesign des Hauses sprach mich an. Das war flippig und nicht so langweilig. Die Lage ruhig und doch zentrumsnah.

die Bar / Lounge wirkt ein wenig steril, ist vermutlich für Gruppen > 80 Personen ausgelegt

Beim nächsten Besuch in Darmstadt wieder da

Parkplatz vor der Tür. Nettes Personal. Große Zimmer. Ruhig. Rund um zufrieden und keine negativen Bewertungen.

Nicht empfehlenswert

Leider kann ich nichts Positives berichten.

Kühles Ambiente, kleine Zimmer und Badezimmer, die Ausstattung spartanisch. Die Heizung bwz die Klimaanlage, die beides können soll, konnte nicht heizen. Es war sehr kalt im Zimmer, die ganze Nacht trotz des Wollpullovers sogar im Bett. (draußen waren es ca 0C. Frühstück minimalistisch und von keiner guten Qualität. Wir hielten dort eine Konferenz ab. Das Lunchangebot: das übriggebliebene vom Frühstück und ein Süppchen, das leider nicht für alle Teilnehmer ausgereicht hatte. Der Kaffeautomat wurde schnell entfernt und erst nach Nachfrage wiedergebracht. Usw... leider nicht zu empfehlen

Very enjoyable stay, quite comfortable.

It was a really neat place, with helpful personnel. The lobby decor appealed especially to me. The pool table and the fußball table are really nice attractions, unfortunately I had no one to play with. Only thing I was a bit disappointed - and I say this with complete humour - was the Atari console that is fake and used only as decoration. The room was good for one person, quite comfortable.

If I could make one suggestion, that would be that I'd like to see a bit bigger variety in the breakfast buffet. It was good, but I think that if pancakes and omelette or fried eggs were added, it would be top.

Nice hotel with boring surroundings

Nice design of the hotel and comfortable rooms. Two Type 2 EV charger outlets behind the hotel, which were easy to use. Good breakfast.

Boring surroundings and the restaurant looked like a school canteen.

Steffi's is fine!

Great location near Flixbus. Very helpful staff; they had no problem with my storing and eventually packing up my folding bike in the dorm. Elevator a bit clunky but heck, it's big and it works!

Small elevator from ground floor to yard not working? Didn't seem to be; gotta get heavy stuff down stairs Breakfast was a bit skimpy, even for only 8€. I would have appreciated better Brötchen.

Small cover for double bed and small bed for 2 children

Very spacious and well kept

We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children. We got a room with a double bed for the adults (ok) and a single bed for 2 children (not ok). That room should not be offered for 2 children. They woke up so many times, nobody slept well. Also, the cover they put on the double bed is for a single bed. It's not possible to move because the other person gets uncovered.

Pleasant

The hotel is well located and the personnel was friendly and available to solve some inconveniences. I booked 1 room for My Wife, me and 2 children. According to the system, it is ok, because it considered 2 small children in a sofa bed. But for bigger older/bigger children it is a problem. They took the initiative and before I complain about it they offered an additional room to accommodate my family.

There was no alternative breakfast for vegans. The responsible allowed us to pick up our own stuff to eat and seat in the restaurant and each together with the members of the family that do not live vegan.

I worked out at the gym, and the receptionist on duty on March 5th in the morning was exceptional; she understood my situation and dealt with it professionally.

Very pleasant and comfortable!

Especially the multicultural and very friendly and helpful staff. I'll remember how well they treated me during my stay and can recommend it to anyone visiting Darmstadt for work or leisure. Especially Ozcan, Ekaterina, Vicky, Cosimo, Farida from night front desk were always very talkative and made me feel like home. All the staff I met there were very friendly and good people so you won't notice you're in a hotel because the location, the staff and facility are on a top level without losing the character of a "provisional home".
