La ubicación con parking en el centro de Sevilla inmejorable. Exquisito desayuno y muy atento el personal. Camas y almohadas muy cómodas. De todas maneras volvería.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, les chambres très spacieuses, une très grande terrasse, une grande salle d'eau avec tous les produits. Tout L'hôtel est très propre et le personnel est charmant, efficace et à l'écoute des clients. Le petit-déjeuner est parfait.
Dommage que les chaises longues de la piscine soient prises d'assaut, car pas possible de se poser avant 18h.
Nous avions des chambres communicantes avec nos amis mais si ce sont des personnes inconnues c'est plus dérangeant car nous pouvons suivre les conversations car pas de double porte.

Nagyon frekventált helyen van, pár perc séta a Katedrálistól. A reggeli rendkívül bőséges és finom, a személyzet mindenre figyel. Naponta takarítanak, és naponta vizet, nescafet, pipereholmit, tiszta törölközőket kaptunk. Az egyik nap egy meglepetés behűtött pezsgő és köszönőlevél fogadott minket a szobában. Ez a hotel a vendéglátás felsőfoka, kultúrált, figyelmes személyzettel. Csak ajánlani tudom, Sevillában csak itt szállnék meg legközelebb is.

Cold room with poor heating. Daytime construction noise from upstairs. Very patchy Internet, mostly very poor.

Amazing staff- super helpful and friendly. We came back to our room one day to a bottle of cava waiting for us- a gift from the hotel which was a really lovely touch.
Lovely hotel, great location. Modern room, really clean, and lovely terrace that caught the afternoon sun. The hotel’s roof terrace and pool area are fabulous!
We chose to sleep with the door to our terrace open rather than use aircon, and it was pretty noisy at night, but it didn’t bother us at all, and if the door was closed this wouldn’t be an issue.

La amabilidad del personal excepcional, una especial felicitación para Carmen y Carmela por su amabilidad y profesionalidad.
Las habitaciones amplias, muy limpias y las camas muy cómodas. En general muy confortable.

Wish the room had a balcony and robes. Booked the same standard of room a year previously and had those things but not this time. A few ants seen in the bathroom.

Hotel is very centrally located for all the main attractions in the old town. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable with a huge bed. Fresh bottles of water left in the room each day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The roof top pool was excellent. We received a surprise gift on one evening from the hotel.
The price for the breakfast at €18 was expensive.

Nice Hotel in great location within the city. Easy walking distance to the main sights.
The only real complaint we had, although it sounds silly, was the marble floors in the corridors. They made a horrendous squeaking noise when you walk on them with rubber soles. So you could hear every step people made in the corridors which you can hear when trying to sleep. Not sure what the answer is to that one!

Reception staff and pool bar staff were excellent and very helpful. The hotel was very central to all the sights of Seville but not at all noisy and the swimming pool terrace was wonderful after a hot day sightseeing. The room was very clean and a great size.
The only nitpicking detail is that it would have been nice to have an armchair in the room - there was plenty of room and the only other place to sit was the bed or a normal chair, but as I say, completely nitpicking detail :)
