The staff are nice and it is close to the historic and the trendy parts of the city.
This is a party hotel. It faces nightclubs, bars and a plaza where people are partying until very late. Many of the guests came in late drunk and very loud. The walls and ceilings are thin so if you are a light sleeper you will wake up often. The cleaning staff starts cleaning at 9am and are also very loud.

Breakfast was really good and well presented. The bedroom, whilst small, was bright and sunny, the AC worked very well and there was plenty of storage. The bathroom was very well appointed with great lighting, a powerful shower and good toiletries. The location is excellent, very convenient for 2 stations, bars, cafe's and it felt safe to walk around. It is also easy to walk from the hotel to the main sights, Old Town, Central Market, good shops and the parks. The hotel also offers free bike hire.
The view from our window but it was a quiet room for sleeping in.

We loved all the structure!
The Hotel is near the center and is very much clean, furthermore the personal is kind and the breakfast (included with the room) is very nice!

The best part of this hotel is probably the location. Accessible and very walkable. The hotel room is standard but comfortable.
The layout of the room and the bathroom can be better in my opinion and perhaps an upgrade of the lift.

The room were spacious for 2 people and the view was excellent! We were in the heart of the most local, hipster, trendy neighborhoood.
The water offered in the can did not taste like normal water. Regular bottle of water would have been fine.

no kettle, no iron, very small for four people. duvets had holes in, dangerous bunk bed pleased my children were old enough as no bar to stop someone falling out of top bunk

Nice location, nicely decorated, friendly reception staff
noise, thin walls, loud pipes, lots of noise coming in from outside, doors to rooms didn’t block sound well at all - lots of noise in the morning from cleaning staff

Location was very good, and easy to get around to anywhere in Valencia. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shower was clean and good working order.
The top bunk bed feels a bit dangerous with no railings to stop from anyone falling if they roll in their sleep. Might not recommend the top bunk for any young children.

Very helpful and friendly staff, good variety in breakfast (including healthy foods, fruit, hot meals), very good location (10 minutes walking to the old town hotel is located in very lively neighborhood, with lots of bars and restaurants, but still very cosy and quiet). A pleasant bonus are free bikes and free coffee and tea in the lobby during the whole day.
The beds were comfortable, shower big and well tuned, we like the idea of the soap and gel in the big bottles to save the plastic.
The hotel could be a 4 stars one, according to its amenities.
I would recommend it for couples and families.
Parking works very well and is very close.
This is the view from our room, in the street there are couple of nice restaurants rights away. Is pretty busy on Friday and Saturday night.

Location is in Ruzafa area, about 700m from the tourist side of town. Lots of resto and bar where valencians hang out... from paella resto, fusion, filipino resto, supermarket and coffee shops are available within the vicinity of the hotel.
you can borrow the hotel bicycles too for free.
If youre a tourist who wants to go the attractions, the location of the hotel is about 1km away from it.
800m away from train station..(Estancia de Nord)
Not an easy walk if youre hauling a big luggage.
