La situació i el Pk de Franc. Habitacio suite junior i villa molt be.

The building is absolutely stunning - what a beautiful place!
We had the best hike ever in the Ordesa National Park (the valley walk - recommend!) and then came back to this beautiful hotel and bubbled in the spa for an hour. Perfect! The spa is really excellent.
Thank-you to the kind restaurant/bar staff who accommodated me bring a strict vegetarian 2 nights in a row. I really appreciated your help and the food was delicious 😋

LA UBICACIÓN Y EL HOTEL MUY BONITO, LO RECOMIENDO

The front of house staff were absolutely excellent. Sorted out a couple of transport issues for me when my insurance company was unable to resolve. I thought it was good value for money.
It is a large hotel but lacked atmosphere- bar was empty. Quite possibly due to the lack of guests staying when we were there. We also had to pay a 100 Euros return for a taxi to a restaurant we had booked 6 km away. Not the hotel's issue but made an expensive dinner

The old building
The lack of upgrade of the hotel. Old furniture, odd decorations of the hotel, lack of management of the restaurant (although the staff was friendly and did its best). Far from what you expect from a 5* hotel.

The Staff was very friendly, food was very good and the breakfast too.
The Room was very small and per night 270€ which is way to expensive for the place also it didn’t include spa (25 € per person) which was very disappointing and very old, breakfast was excluded too. We booked a room with a view but there was no

Beautiful unique property.
Dining room prioritised for half board guests - v limited capacity for other guests. We couldn’t eat in the hotel for dinner - and no one told us we had to book when we checked in. So that was a shame.

Lovely hotel, nice pool with jets, so if the weather is warm you have no need to book the spa unless you want a treatment. Good public areas although a few cosy chairs next to a bar would be good. Bar has tables with hard chairs only. Great lunch choice and reasonable price, lift to the rooms, comfortable beds and everywhere was very clean. Good breakfast with hot and cold choices. Lots of parking and although there were a couple of functions going on there was no noise.
Restaurant very dissapointing - we had the included dinner rate - I don't recommend this, poor choice and seemed mass-produced and indifferent. I asked for butter for my dinner-roll (I know that's not the norm in spain but it's not that hard to fulfill) waiter shrugged, made a pffft noise and went away, small thing, but annoying. Menu for full a la carte was nice but not cheap and I wouldn't want to pay that price for food similar to what we had.

This converted monastery is so unique. A modernized monetary with cool art from SE Asia. Pool is lovely.
The room needed some updating.

Large modern hotel built around an old monastery. Good impression when we drove into the car park seeing a line-up of expensive cars - Ferraris, McLarens and more. Big grounds with an outdoor swimming pool. Room was comfortable (even with the wrong bed, see later). Lots of original art around hotel and in rooms, nice touch.
The best hotel breakfast we found in all our tour around northern Spain. They even provide teapots for your morning tea.
We booked two rooms with double beds but found our rooms had single beds. We asked reception to change our rooms to one with double beds; the first receptionist understood and our friends were changed to a room with a huge double bed. But then she went away and the second receptionist didn't seem to understand what we wanted - she gave us a different room but it was the same arrangement as our original room. She told us two single beds pushed together was the same. Oh well...we gave up at this point.
This hotel has the most confusing room numbering. All the rooms we saw had rooms with four digits all starting 2 - our room was was on the first floor, 2112. Not easy to find your room! We noticed the separate holiday homes next-door all started 3xxx. There are probably rooms starting with 1xxx but I suspect not in our price bracket.
Lastly...flies everywhere - the bar/cafe, our room, everywhere. Probably something to do with the river nearby and all the open doors.

beautifully restored building, extremely well executed
let down by extremely long check in procedures

location in the mountains.
check in (front desk) needs help. 2 reception clerks, long wait — clerk #1 spent 30 minutes in casual conversation with couple, oblivious to the line out the door. A bad look for new arrivals.
restaurant fully booked on arrival. no coffee in room. bathtub/shower plumbing like going to war. toilet seat unattached. spa mostly smoke and mirrors. Otherwise, you guys did great!

Spacious, peaceful public rooms
A clean pool and sunbathing area
The location is quiet
The building has an aura of peace and calm
The breakfast is excellent: a wide range of options, all well prepared and presented.
The restaurant dinner is expensive and doesn’t quite live up to the expectations set by the menu

This hotel has excellent facilities, comfortable beds and very good breakfasts. They make great G&Ts. There is a lot of parking which was also great.
Our first room was near the vent from the spa and we couldn't move until the second night - which was great. We made the mistake of booking half board but were not used to the 20:30 start for dinner - a caution for everyone travelling in Spain.

super room facilities and great choices for breakfast. very impressive setting .
main course for evening meal served lukewarm - had to be sent back.

Very comfortable beds. Nice to have a hospitality tray in each room. Beautiful terrace for the adjoining rooms.
No taps to fill the bath- just a shower head. Is this a water saving measure to discourage baths?
Also- felt that charging overnight guests to use the spa pool was over the top, considering how much it costs to stay there. Should only charge for specific treatments.

Location and type of building. we had a fabulous meal there and the service was good. The style of building and how they had modernised it was good.
It was a 5star hotel but I’d give it four. A 5 star hotel would trust the guests more. Only 2 small water bottles in the fridge. Just lacking that something. Breakfast was a bit of a bun fight with no table service.

The exotic art decor inside makes the building even more impressive. The room was very comfortable.

Beautiful hotel, in a great location and with very good facilities.
The dinner was ok, but I don't think it really meets the standards of a 5 stars hotel. Instead, I would recommend visiting the nearby restaurants for a better culinary experience.
