very friendly staff & tasty food.

the cocktails weren’t very nice & I did feel very young (at 45) as a lot of the guests were very much older.

Central position, near to the beach, shops and restaurants. Good food, with plenty of choice, and friendly staff.

All the staff were so helpful, polite & always happy. What a great team. Location superb for the whole resort & beaches

Only problem was bathroom a little tired, could do with a bit of tlc..though this was my only issue.

Spacious hotel with attentive and helpful staff. I particularly liked the activities. Food excellent,well presented and varied. Good location in the centre of town but not at all noisy.

Flies ...as a Microbiologist Lab Assistant, I think good should be covered especially cold food.

The food was excellent! We were half board and hoped to go out also for meals. It was a very difficult decision to make as the hotel food was so good.

A very minor detail - the shower overflowed slightly. But we dealt with it.

Nice view of cala gran. Friendly staff, good breakfast and some surprisingly good evening entertainment! Allowed us to use an extra room late to shower before heading to airport.

Our 2nd time here , great room on 2nd floor, breakfast was superb, always hot and lots to choose from . Great staff, clean and entertainment good too .Across the road from the beach and lots of gorgeous restaurants to choose from Bar staff very nice, I attended the sangria demo which was great Will def return to this lovely hotel Well done to all the staff for making our holiday great 😊

We liked everything about the hotel clean friendly entertainment food pool area . Would come back tomorrow. We only ever go b&b and really liked the option to go for lunch or dinner and pay as you go had a couple of dinners and they were lovely .

Had a great stay here with friends, staff were very friendly, hotel was spotlessly clean. There was a great choice for breakfast and everything was so fresh, location was perfect very central to everything would definitely recommend

Beds were a bit small

Food was great....pool was lovely....staff were fantastic.

Rooms could do with a refresh...aircon was very noisey and really didn't keep the room cool.....and the shower floor was slippy and potentially dangerous

the breakfast is pretty poor and repetitive, especially vegetarian options - for the price.

some guests were very loud and even shouted in the corridors at night which woke us up and made me felt like I was in a hostel with the level of guests behaviour. The shower leaked all the time and whenever we showered the bathroom would get completely wet and we had to use our towels (bath and pool) to dry it out. As we had to use our towels to dry the bathroom floor in a daily basis we also had to ask for new ones every day and at tree occasions we were told they didn’t have towed and to come ask later or the next day.

Location was great. Pool area was terrific. Size of room was nice. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, and we enjoyed eating it on a lovely terrace each morning.

Breakfast was only served until 10 am - would have been better until 11. We had to leave very early the morning of check out, and while we appreciated the offer of a smal early breakfast it was too small.

Lovely hotel. Excellent location - 2 mins from beach and from centre of Cala d’Or, which has a plethora of restaurants and bars to choose from. The marina is 20 mins walk away. The hotel itself is great… rooms spacious and clean, large pool with sun beds, a bar and snack bar. Entertainment throughout the day in the form of pool games and aqua aerobics etc. Optional to join in - we just watched and read books! We were b&b only; breakfast was excellent. a wide range of continental breakfast items, fruit, yoghurt, endless baked goods and also a full cooked breakfast buffet as well as omelettes and pancakes cooked to order. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was my partner’s birthday while we were there; we didn’t mention this to the staff, but they scan passports on arrival and so must have noticed his DOB because a complimentary bottle of Cava was left in our room that day. A lovely touch.
