Lovely hotel but

Great facilities for eating & drinking

Registration process took ages. Operation of drinks once main bar was shut was dreadful - no white wine in bar but bottles of it in restaurant! Layout of bedroom peculiar - corridor down one side. I think aspirations of owner not matched by operator on site.

YA CONOCIA LAS SUITES DEL HOTEL Y SON MUY AMPLIAS Y AGRADABLES, Y ESTABAN MUY LIMPIAS. LO MALO ES QUE ACABA DE VENDERSE EL HOTEL Y ESTÁN DESANGELADAS PORQUE EN LA COCINA NO HAY NI UN ELECTRODOMESTICO NI UN VASO NI UN TENEDOR.

HE ECHADO DE MENOS UNA CAFETERA DE CAPSULAS Y UNA BOTELLA DE AGUA DE CORTESIA, LO CONSIDERO UN MINIMO DETALLE DE UN HOTEL DE 4 ESTRELLAS Y NO HABLEMOS DE UNA SUITE. LA PISCINA CLIMATIZADA ESTABA CASI FRIA Y SE CIERRA A LAS 6 PM. SOLO PUDIMOS ESTAR 15 MINUTOS PERO NOS SOBRÓ PORQUE NO SE PODÍA AGUANTAR MUCHO TIEMPO. HAY QUE LLEVAR TOALLAS PROPIAS PORQUE NO TE DEJAN METER LAS DEL HOTEL. EN EL DESAYUNO HABÍA DE TODO PERO NADA QUE DESTACAR, LA CALIDAD ES JUSTILLA.

Afschuwelijke ervaring waar je letterlijk ziek wordt van de faciliteiten. 4sterren? Hoe dan?

Niets, zelfs het prachtige uitzicht kon niet op tegen de ellendige binnenkant van het appartement.

Wij arriveerden vroeg in de avond, na een lange dag, de receptionisten verwelkomden ons zeer onvriendelijk en door vinger wijzen werd ons getoond waar we heen konden om de kamer te vinden. Eenmaal binnen bleek het een enorm groot appartement te zijn waar niets maar dan ook niets in stond om gebruik van te kunnen maken. Keuken compleet leeg, zelfs geen glas om een drankje te doen, een, tafel die naar de filistijnen was, stoelen die compleet door gezakt waren, ramen die niet sloten, we kwamen erachter vanwege het enorme gefluit van de wind en we de ramen goed wilden afsluiten door het gehele appartement, sofa waar het voetenbankje van afgebroken was en er dus ook gewoon bijhing, en in de badkamer was een enorme hoeveelheid schimmel je beste vriend. Hoe kan dit een 4sterren complex zijn? We hebben hier overnacht om de volgende ochtend heel vroeg tot 9 uur van het constante stoelengeschuif van onze bovenburen te mogen genieten. Het beste besluit was om zo snel mogelijk na het ontbijt te vertrekken. Zelfs daar kon de bacterie je grootste vriend of vijand zijn. We hadden expres een tussenstop gemaakt omdat we verschillende huizen in de omgeving gingen bekijken en dit hotel met 4sterren goed staat aangeschreven op jullie site, en kamers vrij had zodat wij de volgende dag de omgeving konden verkennen. Uiteindelijk waren we €300 kwijt, geen excuses niets, en wederom een receptioniste letterlijk haar schouders ophaalden zo van, tja je had het kunnen weten. Echt schandalig gewoon. Wij hebben het idee dat dit alleen een 4sterren resort is vanwege de locatie.

Very disappointing

Room clean and spacious, needed some attention to detail toilet pan cracked why was the fridge unplugged ? No tea or coffee making facilities in room no fresh water supplied in room.

Food in restaurant disgusting very poor quality, runs out very early Not restocked, no heated plates and food cold, microwave provided which dinner plates don’t fit in. Ordered bottle of Moët to be told that no champagne glasses available. Pool towels have to be hired at extra charge.

A NICE COUPLE ESCAPE

It has a great location. The buffet was nice and have a considerable amount of dishes, overall at breakfast. The staff was very kind.

The room was nice but it seems a bit old. The buffet didn't include the beverage (I think is better to pay a little more and include water at least).

Shower was good as was the water pressure, the size of the room and the bed, the terrace area was nice with good views and comfortable chairs. The choice for breakfast was good.

Check in staff were not efficient or effective. Parking at the hotel is difficult because of the steepness and narrowness of the access to and from the garage. The breakfast area was not well managed and queues formed blocking access to some of the food and drink serving points. The rooms were dated and could do with upgrading.

Some unfriendly staffs but very nice rooms.

+ One of the receptionist who was friendlier gave us a very nice room with perfect view. + Location directly on the beach. + Breakfast

- We arrived very tired late at night. We wanted to park in the indoor parking and then go to do the check in but the unfriendly receptionist didn't let us inside. She didn't explain and said you must come to the reception first. Such a unfriendly process never happenend to me. Then when we came to the reception, she didn't even greet us and make herself busy. Her colleague came to us and was very friendly and professional. - Breakfast was good, but some of the staffs there were grumpy and inefficient. - The breakfast serves only indoor and you are not allowed to take your food and go to the nice open bar/terrace outside which is connected to the restaurant. Moreover the staffs doesn't let the guest to site next to windows although all of those places were empty! What a shame.. I hope the management can make the staff more customer oriented.

stayed here before on a couple of holidays, the staff, the views, the hotel are all first class. No doubt we’ll be staying here again in the future x

The bar meals could be improved and offered earlier in the evening.

Great find

Fabulous hotel in a great location. Reception well staffed, rooms cool and spacious, food excellent and the whole building exceptionally clean.

I found the lack of local information for English speaking guests limited our experience of the resort. A QR code was available but we were unable to access this. Water sports unavailable after 1st September which was disappointing.

Hotel running on minimums

The room

No minibar, poor air conditioning, very bad service in bar area and rude staff. The swimming pool was not very clean and no towels were made readily available unless you paid a deposit in reception. Something we were not told about on arrival.
