Location is great

You need to carry a large Flashlight to find your way and also you definitely need a Flashlight to see the buttons in the elevator.

- service was great, shout out to Bakl at the Darkum place for being the best service provider - pool was nice and big - bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had at a hotel - design of the hotel is very beautiful

- charged us $24 for 2 extra coffees in the room and we were staying in a suite - suite was a strange design, main bathroom with tub no toilet, a small room for toilet on the other side of room, and then another small room for the shower - music at SO lounge wasn’t great

The food was great! Limited Moroccan dishes, but good quality. The room was amazing and very comfortable bed.

rooms 60-71 are near the fire exit that the staff come into the hotel at 4.45 am and make a huge racket. they are also near the cupboards that the cleaners store their buckets and mops in which they have little or no respect for the sleeping residents at that time in the morning . I mentioned it to the hotel manager and her reply was “yes we know , sorry”

- room was very comfortable - central location of hotel, central square can be reached by walking - pool and attached bar/restaurant were great

the hotel looks very good and clean.

The water flow in the shower barely worked. but the most awful thing was that every day from 18:00 until around 23:00 there’s a band singing loud Moroccan music. with the whole respect we came to the hotel to rest and didn’t think with would find ourselves having headaches trying to escape staying in the room for 5 hours straight. the music was too loud!!!!!!! nonstop (even when there were no audience at all) the worst experience we’ve ever had!
