Just beautiful, the room, the outdoors, the pool et. It was lovely.

Loved our stay here. It’s family friendly and the staff are all very lovely. My daughter had the best time here.

Only thing I didn’t like was the cats, you can’t eat your food peacefully without them surrounding you. I found that very uncomfortable. As you don’t want to be eating your food and getting jumped on by stray cats.

A peaceful stay

we loved our stay at palais mehdi, Sofia and her team were great and the hotel grounds were so beautiful and peaceful! The team helped us book Desert excursions which were really fun too. Only a short 15 min taxi ride from the Medina meant you had the best of both worlds. Breakfast was cooked to order every morning too! We will 100% be returning

Great palace with minor misshapes

The art work on dispay and the decorations are amazing. Also the pool and set up are great.

The breakfast and room service closing too early. Housekeeping not refilling missing basic items such as soap.

Exceptional hospitality in a calm and relaxing hotel

This hotel was on the outskirts of the town centre. We were in two minds as we originally wanted to stay at a Riad in the medina. However after visiting the medina - while we enjoyed the hustle and bustle of the place - we were relieved to be back in our hotel. The staff were excellent. We left very early on the last day and they made us breakfast at 0700 hrs to ensure we ate before we left. Exceptional service.

No water in the rooms - complimentary water only on day 1. But other than for this - nothing that we did not like.

Wonderful environment which was let down by poor maintenance and loud music at the poolside.

Friendly staff. Wonderful swimming pool and the food was delicious.

There was loud dance music playing all afternoon at the swimming pool. I did ask to have it turned down but was given the excuse that it was 'on loop'. The gym was in poor condition. A lot of the machines where not working and hadn't been serviced in a very long time. The room was dark and as we we're only there for two nights decided not to ask for another room. The shower in the room was dangerously hot and the shower head was extremely high pressure, which was hard to manage.

overall I thought the stay was good, beautiful scenery very good customer service overall I rate it 8/10

There was good customer service, staff were very helpful strong hygiene but the meals/food were very expensive I think that could improve.

The only think I felt that could improve was the variety of breakfast, I felt we ate the same breakfast everyday. The pricing of the meals/ drinks was very expensive e.g toothpaste was €10

A hotel in a beautiful palace, with lovey gardens and super friendly staff, wonderful.

The gardens are beautiful and our rooms looked out on the gardens which makes it a lovely place to sit and read, or enjoy early evening drinks. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Each morning they suggested great activities for us and took care of arranging all the details. They managed to book us into fantastic restaurants each evening and provide private transport there and back. They made us feel very special.

The gym was very basic and could do with a refurbishment.

Relaxing, refreshing and welcoming

The staff were incredibly friendly; particularly Sofia and Mahdi. They checked in with us daily to ensure we were enjoying ourselves and to see if we needed anything. I’ve never stayed somewhere where I’ve received such a warm welcome, we felt truly at home and treated very specially.

quiet place , 15 minutes way from train station . we can stay away from the noise . wake up with birds peep . everting is good , all stuffs are very nice . thx !

The suite was much more beautiful from the pictures than in real life. The furniture, bath and everything was very old and broken. In the bathroom were many small ants. The blankets, pillows, towels were so old and holes in. It was not a suite level at all but the prize was...

Peaceful and charming retreat.

The Palace is just a gem and the service is truly 5 star. If you're looking for an intimate while spacious stay outside the chaotic Medina, look no further! We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon.

There is just one thing that can be improved. The shower, while being spacious, was quite outdated, and water was flowing very unevenly...one minor flaw that can be fixed in no time!

Exceptional

We can across this hotel last February and re booked last week for 5 days away. The property is like a hidden Gem, 10 minutes drive to centre of Marrakesh, its absolutely beautiful location and gardens, the main hotel building is very Moroccan, staff or so friendly and helpful like a family themselves, always happy and smiling, all rooms are suites of difference sizes, very individual and unique, would recommend for couples, people of business for a relax and chill outside the city, food is amazing. What else can I say amazing in every way, thanks for looking after us and see you again soon.
