You’ll have a consistent & comfortable stay every time The Lakes Beach House is a modern four bedroom holiday home in Lakes Entrance, we have designed and built it with the idea of catering for 1 or 2 families or a group of friends to relax and to enjoy the Gippsland Lakes and its surroundings. The Lakes Beach House is in a great location, only a short 8 minute walk on flat ground to the footbridge(no hiking up hills to get to this house). It is also close enough to the main street to not need the car but far enough from the action to be able to relax and get a good night sleep. See where 19 Whiters Street is on the map. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms(including large bath), it sleeps 10 comfortably which makes it ideal for 1 or 2 families or a group of friends. The large undercover deck features a Weber BBQ and an outdoor sink which is great for entertaining and with a north facing backyard its a perfect space for the kids to play safely. The living and kitchen areas are protected with double glazed windows. All appliances are brand new and the fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave and another fridge and freezer in the garage. The laundry facilities include a front loading washing machine and clothes dryer. The property features keyless entry, so no need to worry about where to store the keys when relaxing on the beach or going for a swim. Property was large, clean and had everything it said it had plus more. Perfect fit for our families. We loved the property. Felt homely. Had a great time hanging out together. Communication beforehand was excellent and even messaged to say we could check in anytime the day of checkin. Our only negative was getting a phone call from the landlord the Monday night asking us not to put anything in the bin so it doesn’t smell. We were booked to stay until Wednesday and we put bins out for collection the Monday. We all just thought it was weird to get that phone call. We still had two days of rubbish. There is not a lot to do at Lakes Entrance unless you like fishing or the weather is nice for beach or boating. We went to a couple of restaurants and the food was terrible and the fish and chip shop food was disgusting. Overall though we had an amazing family holiday and if the property was in another location we would definitely book again. We were really impressed with the property.

Lakes week away.
We had a lovely time in a clean and welcoming house, only 5 minutes walk to Myers Street shops!
Spacious bedrooms to retire to if the holiday gets too much and the security of a lock up garage for the car.

Fantastic home in a great location
A very spacious and comfortable house in a great location in Lakes Entrance. We were close enough to the shops and cafes as well as being only 1 street away from the water. The living area is huge and the bedrooms are really good sizes. It really was a lovely stay and we would definitely recommend this place to others. Thanks!

Weekend at Lakes Entrance
10 of us stayed at the property for the Cup weekend. We have stayed at a lot of places, however this would rate as one of the best places we have stayed at, in terms of cleanliness and amenities provided.
Tim thought of everything, right down to labelling cupboards, so it was very easy to find things.
I cannot recommend this highly enough. We certainly cannot wait to get back.

Could not have wished for a better house, extremely clean lovely linen on all beds ,kitchen very well stocked with cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. furniture was very comfortable and in excellent condition, there was not a thing we needed that was not supplied, will certainly be returning for further holidays. Would certainly recommend this house to anyone who wants a great home in a great location

We rarely get to take holidays, so when we get the opportunity to do so we really like to make it count. The Beach House was everything we could have wanted and needed. We loved it. The house was clean and comfortable, well set up, close to shops and the main shopping strip. The owner was helpful and kept in contact. We really did have a great time and would most certainly recommend and not hesitate to book again. Thankyou.

The lakes beach house is perfect for a family getaway, modern, lots of room and linen and beds all high quality. Very close to town and a short walk to the beach. So well equipped, especially the kitchen- has everything you could possibly want. The host Tim could not have been more helpful and communication was excellent. Would highly recommend a stay here, great value for money.

Perfect for two families
We stayed here with 5 adults and 3 toddlers under two! It was perfect set up for us all. We enjoyed the small and safe yard for the kids and the easy walk to the footbridge and shops. The owners were easy to communicate with and the house had all that we needed to be comfortable. We will totally consider staying here again!

A clearly loved and fully catered for home with particular attention paid to ensure our stay was a warm one. Well done to Tim and thank you. We thoroughly loved our stay, it was very close proximity to beach, lake, shopping and all activities. Its definitely one we'll return to and next time we'll stay longer to enjoy the comfort and amenities.

Amazing holiday house!
The Lakes Beach House was brilliant, it had everything you would want from a holiday accommodation, so spacious inside and out, and if the weather is against you, there is the PS4 and games cupboard to keep the kids entertained.
The owners were great to deal with, insuring that your stay was a perfect and a memorable one.
Would definitely recommend Lakes Beach House, and would definitely try to book it again next time we head down to Lakes Entrance.

Wow excellent property!!
We loved everything about this house. It was extremely clean, spacious, comfortable and the owners had thought of every little detail in making this holiday home by far the best!! They provided us with fresh clean linen, towels etc., the children enjoyed the PS4 gaming console and the high speed Wifi connection. The kitchen was well equipped with heaps of utensils, pots, pans, plates, tumbers, cups and a dishwasher, a coffee machine, toasters, rice cooker and heaps of cutlery and crockery and even the BBQ area was well equipped with an outdoor sink and all the utensils needed. Unfortunately, the weather was not that great during two days of our stay but that did'nt hinder us from making the most of our time here at Lakes Entrance. It was well worth it and we sure do recommend this property to all who are thinking of coming over.

Excellent Property!
The best experience of holiday house, stay 8 nights from Christmas Eve to New Year Day. The house is nice and tidy, with lots of kitchen tools. Great location, can walk to shops and beach. Will recommend to everyone and will definitely back again.
