The Space: Walk into our historic waterfront condo and you’ll smell sea air and feel sea breezes. Upstairs are two bedrooms; one with a Queen bed and the other with a Queen and Twin bed. The deck is perfect for all family meals. Fish or boat directly off our shared dock! Beautiful sunrise over water! This home is perfectly located on the Nauset cove and estuary. The front-deck is where you’ll enjoy all your time watching boats in the bay, birds and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Inside you’ll find a well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a queen bed in one and 2-twins in the other, a gas fireplace in the living room and an updated bathroom. Stay cool and connected with A/C units in both bedrooms and wifi and cable to enjoy on your flat screen TV. Please note, this home shares a wall with another condo/apartment on the property. Anchorage on the Cove by Del Mar Vacations offers a full vacation experience in one place. Put your boat in at Town Cove and pick up your guests for a day trip to anywhere! Enjoy use of our kayaks, canoe or skiff or bring your paddleboard or fishing poles to explore the area (available through October). We are centrally located near shopping, bay and ocean beaches, bike trails, art galleries, theatres, great restaurants, and the Cape Cod Institute and Cape Cod Symposia. Large Families Take Note! This unit is on a property with 3 other cottages and 2 condos that are also available. The entire property sleeps 24 and is fantastic for a large family; offering plenty of open space as well as private space if needed. Pets are always welcome on leash and even have their own dog run on the property(just make sure to supervise and clean up after). Our waterfront accommodations are open year round, and our cottages are available on a weekly basis “in season” from Saturday to Saturday and off-season, we offer a two-night minimum. Stayed over Christmas (wife and I, along with our daughter and her husband) to visit other daughter who lives nearby in Eastham. Perfect location for us. Very nice view on the water. Unit was in very nice shape, very clean, and everything worked. Both bedrooms on 2nd level (note, stairs are a little dicey, but have handrails). Each unit had their own parking spot (hedge on end spot we used could use a little trim to allow a little more room to get in/out). Winter time visit; heat worked well. Didn't utilize game room, grill, or any other water activities). Daughter and husband heard what sounded like someone entering our cottage during the night, but could have been noise from the connected unit (hopefully, that was the case). Note, it's not a hotel so bring your own shampoo and bath soap. Overall a very nice stay and would choose again.

This was a quaint little cottage! We loved the water view and all the amenities that came with the property. It wasn't fancy, but for the price it was great! Our only critique: Furniture in the living room was really run down and just not comfortable. You could feel the board underneath the cushions. If they switched out the furniture, it would definitely be 5 stars. Overall, a really great spot for the price!

I love the little community and the overall layout minus the big bushes in front of the deck blocking the water view. It could definitely use some updating. Some things look a bit old and cheap. Plus, the smallest TV (20 inches maybe) Funny that used to be normal probably. Although it was more for winding down at night we were gone most of the day. We were down a shower as the stay prior had plumbing issues that weren't able to be resolved before our stay. That was fine we still had the downstairs. The place was very clean and had most of the essentials you would need. The location was good. I think we were about 45 minutes to Provincetown and 30 minutes or less from Chatham for a point of reference. Everyone we dealt with from the time of booking to when we first got there and looked for our parking spot was very kind and helpful. A big plus for us was dog friendly as I only go to pet friendly. And it didn't smell like dogs in case anyone is worried about it being pet-friendly. We would definitely go back.

We were thrilled with our stay. Cottage was immaculate and cozy. It was close to all cape cod towns- provincetown, chatham and ferry to marthas vinyard and nantucket. The view from our cottage was breath taking. Would just suggest they remove the bushes from in front of the deck so you get an even better view of the water. If you are pondering this rental...do not hesitate. Just book it. Its a perfect little getaway. We will def be back next year!!

Nice view. Just hard taking a left out of the property. Beds were comfortable and came with linens. Having 2 showers was great.

I can't imagine staying here in the summer. Route 6 is so busy so you can't walk anywhere from the property and its not the quietest house. I needs updating (furniture wise) but it is a great spot for a quick weekend with lovely views of the water and everything you need at this price point. thanks!

We loved the unit we stayed in - it was so cute and cozy and the fireplace was so nice on cool nights! The view from the unit is beautiful but obstructed - the bushes around the deck block the view - other units did not have these bushes around deck - it’s unfortunate as the view would be beautiful - other than that we loved our stay

Our stay was fantastic. This cozy rental had everything we needed to feel comfortable, safe and peaceful. We had a lovely view of the sea from our deck. A big plus for us was the fireplace on the chilly nights.

We really enjoyed our stay. Super dog friendly place. The kids were happy, the wife was happy, the dogs were happy, and so by default I was extremely happy. We would absolutely stay here again when going to the Cape. Lots of good places to go within a very short drive. Great places to eat. For Breakfast go to Hole in One in Orleans, awesome pizza Rock Harbor Grill and so many other places we went to over the week.

this was a really lovely rental, in a beautiful area. it was very clean, the staff was super helpful and we have no complaints. The only thing that might be helpful for folks considering renting, is that the walls are pretty thin and it's very to overhear conversations in the units that this space shares walls with, which means if you're at all noisy, you may want to consider one of the self-standing units instead. Otherwise, this place gets lots of love from us.

We were very impressed with the property, and views are just spectacular. Everything was great, from the cleanliness to the responsiveness of Del Mar Vacations. While the weather was cold that time of year, the unit was well heated and seemed to be taken very good care of. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our accommodations got changed due to a heating issue and then we had to move again to accommodate a scheduling issue. Both places were very nice,maybe even better, with great views and we had a great time inspite of the inconvenience of moving. The managers worked with us to accommodate us. Thank you.

Beautiful view and location, but the home was misrepresented in the photos. While it is cozy, it is smaller and more run down then the pictures represent. The steep narrow staircase to the upstairs bedrooms should have been made apparant as they could present a problem to renters who cannot climb them. Over priced!

Difficult to find, from highway passed it more than 4 times from Route 6, a dangerous highway, and experienced difficulty finding the unit. Staircase to bedrooms was unbelievable, steep, narrow, with a hairpin turn glad we weren't Disabled. Pictures on brochure and website were probably stage. It was neat and clean and the bedrooms and linens were great. We have used VRBO many times throughout New England, this was a disappointment.

This has been our 9th rental on the Cape in a out 7 years and we enjoyed our time there. The bedrooms were especially inviting, clean, spacious and well appointed. The living area on the first floor was small but adequate for five or so people. However, the quarters there were a bit tired and outdated, most notably, the kitchen had no dishwasher. Most disappointing of all, however was the hedges by the deck railing had been allowed to grow over a foot above the top of the ceiling, thereby blocking the ocean view.

Overall my family had a great visit to the Anchorage Cove and the maintenance staff and owner were extremely friendly and responsive to issues such; clogged toilet, malfunctioning heating, The hedge over the back deck was over growth and obstructed the view to the water and needed to be trimmed. Since we visited at the very beginning of the summer season, the pier for the canoes and kayaks was not ready and made it very difficult to launch them into the water.
