Very clean-decent euro breakfast choices-

I don’t like being charged 10 euro extra to park. I think that’s not ok-I had checked parking included-so was rather surprised. I’m sure most guests drive to get there just include in price!

The options for the breakfast were a little bit limited, in comparison to other hotels we stayed in Italy.

Pleasant family operated hotel, quiet, clean

The mattress, I could feel every single spring and a rock hard pillow.

Bright and clean rooms, a balcony with a nice view, an elevator to climb the second floor and the breakfast floor (-1), good breakfast (it was said in the brochure that there is an option to order different kind of eggs for fee, but we were ok with boiled eggs without extra fee), parking (10 euro per day, fair enough), a good pizzeria nearby, and a short nice walking distance from the town centre, market and the shore villas.

My friend, a big guy, said the shower cabin was a bit small for him... well, yes, it might have been bigger, but no problem for us :) Price-quality rate is very good, absolutely recommend to short stays.

the rooms are too noisy. You can hear everything from other rooms. it was very difficult to have proper sleep.

The staff is very friendly and the hotel has the most beautiful view. The balcony is huge and I couldn't stop looking out of the window. The beds are comfy and the breakfast was good. We could bring our dog, which was great. The place has free parking and is not far from the city center and the gorgeous gardens of Villa Melzi. Very recommended!

Amazing location, only 10 minute walk to town centre (with amazing views!). Staff were very attentive - lovely warm and friendly family run hotel. Wifi was good. Room was a great size, very clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast had a good selection.

Great location, outside the old city but a nice 15 minute walk. Breakfast was great with a hot drink and cold cuts and yogurts and fruits.

On a side road that is a little busy, during the day some noise, quiet at night

30 min walk uphill back in the evening, no taxis till 10pm and then there's 5 for the whole town. Owner insisted it's only a 10 minute flat walk!! No help,no offer of lift or to ring a taxi ,just grumpy ,curt answers. If we didn't know that most Italians are very different to the owners of this" hotel "( no restaurant except for breakfast no bar, no coffee making facilities in room or lobby!!!!) we would have been even more disappointed than we were...never again.
