Great choice for families with small and pre-adolescent children, a bit pricey for what one gets

- Amazing children facilities (water park, slides for tiny and bigger children, kids club during afternoon hours and evening dance parties) - Great food quality and diversity, from breakfast to lunch and dinner, accessible snack and beverage bars during the day - Close to the beach, with shower facilities and sunbeds at close reach - Spacious rooms and comfortable beds - Available cot for child, fitting well in a single family room - Accessible, elevator available - Well equipped gym - Mostly friendly staff

- Unreasonable prices for paid services (e.g. spa) and not a single discount for all-inclusive package guests - Disorganised in-house services by external vendors (e.g. car rental), with hotel staff being quite indifferent when we faced a 3h delay in receiving our car - Quite unhealthy beverage options for kids (diluted high sugar juices)

You’ll enjoy it if you have little children who love water activities.

Nice and luminous room . Many swimming pools. By the sea. Very friendly and polite staff.

Noisy. The busy Airport is very close to it . Kids club has not many activities and the dedicated area has no open space.

Personal is very friendly!!! Marina on the bar near swimming pool is the best, veeery positive and kindly person. She did very tasty cocktails! totally the hotel is very comfortable and nice!!! very delicious food and changing almost every day. it was very important for us. I recommend this hotel!!! 👍💪

A lovely facility with great all inclusive options however little bits could be improved for the money

loved the food options and proximity to the water

partner fell sick during the holiday with food poisoning . we had no clue that the on-site doctor charged for just coming to check on him and the way the doctor takes payment is by reading your card details to somebody on the phone and then asks you to get a receipt at the reception . this was not left either. just something to be aware

Overall the stay was ok. I would come again but hopefully the Wi-Fi will be better

I liked the variety in breakfast. In the meals the fish was over cooked. The traditional food was sometimes bland.

The wifi was extremely poor in the room. Sometimes there was no connect at all. This is a big minus when the phones and other devices did not function normal.

We are happy to return (for the third time)

We love this hotel. Compared to other hotels, they can easily give themselves 5 stars. We came back for a third. We tried both the bungalow and the apartment and the bungalow is the best. Great selection of food, excellent cocktails and frappes. Right by the sea, deckchairs, bar and buffet by the sea. Clean, comfortable beds, always an evening program for children and adults. Maybe even a short walk along the beach. Sandy beach without stones.

Why aren't the algae deposits that are washed up everywhere on the beach cleaned up. Because of them, bad access to the sea and it's not nice. There is nowhere to go for a walk like the promenade.

The location of the seaside was very nice, food and desersts very tasty, many pools.

The sound isolation of the room, and bed was too soft, that why sleep wasnt as at home.

Finally I felt in the hotel like a customer. The best service I have ever had. When I left the room I could stay in facilities. I go where I want. I don't need to prove I am not the thief. Congratulation the management for the staff, service and mood. I will come back. I will recommend you my friends.

Perfect resort for perfect holidays!

Almost brand new facilities, the staff always friendly and ready to improve your experience at hotel, the incredible food and its variation, beachfront location, fully booked hotel but not crowded feeling… Really perfect holidays in this hotel! My wife and I will miss it.

Basically the night shows are bad and have low level. This is the thing which could be really improved at Arina Beach Resort

There is almost everything you could look for in a short holiday with good quality (clean, new, comfortable, etc.) Good food with good variety. Location is good - quite close to the airport.

Too much sea weed on the beach, it was very hard to enjoy the beautiful sea.

Relaxing holidays in a fantastic hotel with a fantastic location

Location, rooms, and services were fantastic. The quality of the food was great too: the buffet was varied and surprisingly good quality for a buffet. The bungalows with private pool were amazing - spacious, clean, and comfortable. The night animation wasn’t bad either - particularly liked the Cretan folklore night, and the staff was always attentive, helpful, and fun!

The Avra restaurant in particular wasn’t anything special. My partner order the salmon and it was extremely overcooked, I order the cuttlefish risotto which was ok.

Great experience

The new renovated room with beautiful view of the sea. The cleanliness is on point with all bathroom necessities you need. The location with plenty parking space is so convenient from airport and to visit nearby town.

The food doesn’t vary enough and not to my absolute preference but this is my personal taste, everyone is different.

Perfect hotel for a stay with children. Excellent staff.

The hotel is excellently located just 10 km from Herakleion airport. It has many beautiful swimming pools and a lot of entertainment for the kids. It's a 100 % child friendly hotel. The staff of the hotel is also extremely kind and helpful. The buffet is incredibly diverse with each day a choice of between 25 various dishes, salads, amuse-bouches, etc. The staff of the restaurant were very professional, friendly and efficient. Tables are prepared quickly and cleaned quickly as well for new guests. We had a small medical event with our daughter and within 30 seconds staff came with a medical kit helping us with first aid. We very much appreciated this and want to thank each of the staff members of teh restaurant that came at our table cleaning off plates. We also want to thank the man who runs the restaurant for the excellent service during our stay. We will wholehartedly recommend this hotel to our friends. A really nice job done.
