Recommended!

Very pretty hotel and very friendly staff. It is located very close to Caracoles. Everything was clean, the bedroom is spacious and has nice facilities. Breakfast does not have a great variety but has the necessary. When we left early for trips, they prepared tea and snacks and a lunch box, very nice :)

The bed is not very comfortable and the bedroom can get quite warm after a sunny day.

Minha opção preferida em Atacama.

Chalé espaçoso e camas confortáveis. Café da manhã bom com tudo bem servido. Área da piscina agradável e relaxante. Pessoal atencioso e dedicado. Tivemos que sair muito cedo e nos prepararam um café especial antes dos horário normal, até nos deram um lanche para levar o que considerei como um gesto de grande empatia e gentileza pela preocupação no cuidado com nosso bem estar.

Não tem frigobar (geladeira) no quarto para deixarmos a água sempre fria, no verão é importante.

estadia agradável.

O hotel é muito charmoso e as recepcionistas são super gentis, fazendo tudo para agradar. Estrutura enxuta, mas muito agradável. Café da manhã gostoso. Nos quartos, as camas são boas e toalhas macias.

O wifi não funciona bem nos quartos e não tem ventiladores nos quartos, no verão faz falta.

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine à San Pedro grâce à l’hôtel Tulor

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, la propreté de l’hôtel et le calme au bord de la piscine et la nuit. Nous étions juste à côté de la rue principale donc très facile d’accéder aux excursions et restaurants et commerces.

Estrutura do quarto ruim: sem wifi, chuveiro varia a temperatura, acabou a luz. Passima experiencia uma funcionaria do hotel que nos recebeu e faltou com respeito. Pelo preço que pagamos, da para ficar em um hotel muito melhor. Não recomendo!

Definetly doesnt worth the price. By far!

Location was good. Shower and the heating system was good.

There was no wifi in the room, you have to go to the lobby and use the internet overthere. The detail is that your room was like 10 meters away from there... it would be simple to solve this(this was bizarre if you think on how much cost the nightthere). Breakfast was just ok, really simple, same options literally everyday(we stayed for 6 nights) , the breakfast starts late at 8AM and you miss it sometimes because the trip`s pickups come earlier. We stayed in 3 diferent hotels in san pedro. This was the worst one. No mini fridge in the room. Old pillows which gave us both stiff necks at some nights. They charged 5.000 pessos for soluble coffee which is ridiculous and they didnt even said that it would be charged. You can get better hotels paying the price they charge(there is one better at the same street that we stayed in for 1 night).

our stay at here was really a good part of our experience at san pedro! thank you hotel tulor!

the room was really comfortable and the overall atmosphere relaxing and pleasant, I appreciated the local architecture of the room pavilions made with earth. the breakfast was really good and the location more than comfortable, next to the city center but right outside the noise and most crowded area.

the wardrobe was really small but we had an extra bed so that wasn't really a problem. the door separating the toilet from the rest of the bathroom looked a bit cheap compared to the rest of the room which instead was really nice, a small detail that I would suggest to improve!

Extremely helpful staff

Excellent location, friendly staff. Outdoor temperatures were colder than normal so, without being asked, the staff provided a space heater in the room and lit the pilot light for us.

The shower was adequate and nicely designed, but there wasn't enough hot water.

We enjoyed the common areas and atmosphere a lot but the service elements could be improved.

The hotel is very nice, especially the pool and lobby area. The rooms are decent.

We had a special request prior to our arrival that the property never responded to. The mattresses were very soft and not that comfortable and there is no WiFi in the rooms. Most other places offer to provide a breakfast box when guests leave before the official breakfast times. This hotel didn’t.

Pleasant

the outdoors including the swimming pool and close to the Main Street

No wifi in the room, no glasses or something to drink from or make a tea/ coffee in the room. Also you need to ask for the hairdryer and iron from the reception as the lighting goes off and on quite often. Also we wanted to extend for one more night and we were surprised that needed to pay a higher rate which was almost the same as 2 nights- not justifiable at all.
