Everything was very nice starting from the staff to the apartment. It was clean and cozy. Its right under the Church and the Hospital from Padre Pio. The Breakfast was very nice!
The garage has an extreme downhill entrance.

I have been coming here since 2013, if you are looking for comfortability, security and a real place to relax this is the ideal location specially if you are visiting Padre Pio.
I always stay on the other building on the 2nd floor, over the years it needs a little refurbishing.

The hotel close to the Sanctuary,the Staff super firendly and helpful.
We had a very warm and comfortable room with a large bathroom.Thank you ,we will come back when possible :-)

THE BREAKFAST WAS OKAY. THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT BECAUSE IT IS VERY CLOSE TO SAN PADRE PIO SHRINE
THE WALLS OF THE ROOMS ARE NOT ACOUSTICS OR NOT THICK ENOUGH. WE COULD HEAR THE TV FROM THE OTHER ROOM EVEN IN 3 IN THE MORNING FOR TWO NIGHTS.AND I COULD NOT SLEEP.

The fridge is dirty and not working,The pillow is not set properly,the comforter doesn't have cover..the mirror is not cleaned well..they dont have toothbrush holder(the cup/glass is missing)

the hotel was under some maintenance so we had to stay in another hotel, Giovanni Rotondo Palace. Everything was properly communicated and arranged with enough time in advance. The recepcionist was very kind, the breakfast was awesome, the room very comfortable, extremely well located and parking available, which is very convenient.
the shower was a bit small but still OK

No WIFI in the bedroom, it is necessary go to the hall or the restaurant to use the net.
To much noise in the above bedroom, at night and to early in the morning.
