it worked at the end

People in the office were nice and helpful

I booked a room with air conditioning, the air in the room did not work at all!!, they showed me 2 more rooms and the same. finally they upgrade me to a room where the air condition was new and worked perfectly!

Great place to stay

The spacious room. The smart TV to stream from your apps. The air con was great and strong. The pool was large and deep, a good pool to do laps. Would stay here again.

Lack of pool towels in the room. Difficult communication with reception staff but we got their in the end.

Pleasant stay and value for money.

Easy to find, clean room, facilities good, lovely pool. Reception staff were pleasant and accommodating. Room was large. There was a bath too. Bottled water delivered every day. Beds are firm which was good for me and there is no microwave, which is fine. Food is cheap so eat fresh and eat out.

Noisy floorboards, no couch or anything but I didn't worry as I was out most of the day. If you had to stay indoors then could be a problem. My room had a balcony on the Street side, which was a little noisy. There are villas with their own pools and away from the street if noise is a problem.

Very good

The swimming pool and the look of the residence. It feels like being in the jungle.

The staff can't communicate well in English. The room was dusty. The swimming pool closing time is too early. There is no shampoo or body lotion in the room.

don’t waste your money

not much pool was okay , but that’s it .

everything , dark old dusty moody rooms , nothing like the pictures , shower is awful . house cleaning didn’t bother cleaning for the entire stay . one of the hotel cats had serious wounds to its face and body , they thought it was funny . luckily got it to a vet , honestly a very run down barely surviving hotel managed poorly . i really wouldn’t waste your money it’s a huge disappointment . we asked to move rooms immediately and got put in the exact same room in even worse condition . just a bad place to stay very uncomfortable.

Not satisfactory

nice pool

The hotel is on the main road. Staff at reception were rude and snapped at us when we asked her to repeat herself. The toilets were not cleaned, with toothpaste in the bowl from the last resident and showers were grimey. We had booked to stay for 3 nights and only stayed for 1, we then checked into a hotel nearby. I can only say the hotel is good for those on a super tight budget staying in the area with no other option.

The room was big enough. We were comfortable sleeping in the bed.

But there's no shampoo. The door to our toilet was hard to open.

Outstanding value for the price, great setting and impressive pool

This place is truly wonderful, especially for the very attractive price. It has a beautifully maintained garden that gives you a feeling of being in the wild, and an impressive pool. The bungalows are spacious and have an actual desk - which was a nice surprise, this might be the first time in Thailand we could set up a proper computer station.

Nice swimming pool, beautiful trees and flowers around the property, short distance to the Samui International Airport

Toilet accommodation is too old; Mouses run on the ceiling every night 😩
