Das Hotel hat uns grundsätzlich sehr gut gefallen, in allen Belangen. Die Lage war zentral und ruhig, das Hotel sauber, geräumiges Zimmer, das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Parkplätze waren vor dem Hotel vorhanden. Das Frühstück am Morgen war sehr umfangreich und gut. Im Hotel konnte auch zu Mittag und Abend gegessen werden.

Die Duschdüse war nicht mehr gut, es tat weh beim duschen. Aber auch hier wurde ohne zu reklamieren selbst erkannt und ausgewechselt. Dieser negative Punkt wurde praktische wieder positiv, da ohne etwas zu melden, die Düse ersetzt wurde. Ansonsten können wir nichts negatives schreiben, während unser Aufenthalt von 5 Tagen.

Breakfast was very good. Was even better in previous visits before Covid Quiet and. location good. I like the walk to the shrine. Good price for quality, and staff very nice.

Top marks for cleanliness throughout the hotel, breakfast and dinner in the lovely restaurant was excellent and all the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better hotel.

Service and location. People were nice and accomodating.

As a spoiled American, this hotel was in a great location - for walking to see Saint Padre Pio (.5 miles away) The breakfast was very tasty. The staff exceptionally nice, especially the owner. The air conditioning was on and was working great (we stayed in Loreto and the owner refused to turn on the A/C- he got bad reviews from us, as the room was 70). Hotel was a breath of fresh air!

Room was very clean and the staff was very professional and helpful.

Wi-fi is not good conection

A nice hotel about 20 mins walk from the San Pio shrine. Easy to find, with plenty of parking. Good value.

The hotel caters for coach parties, so it was a bit noisy in the dining room at times, but not a problem.
