Heerlijk verblijf

Fijn, ruim en schoon hotel. Leuk zwembad, dicht bij het strand. Uitzicht vanaf balkon op zee en de haven was prachtig. Hotel restaurant goed en barretje met lounge sets aangenaam. Absolute aanrader.

Fijne locatie

Ligging van het hotel is uitstekend met uitzicht op de haven en zee. Fijn zwembad. Ruime parkeergarage, dicht bij het trein station.

Het hotel staat er nu een aantal jaren en je begint te merken dat er onderhoud nodig is. Wasbak (brede tafel) hing los, vlekken op muur, plinten beschadigd, vloerbedekking met vlekken (gang). Matrassen zijn vernieuwd voor mij te harde matrassen. Dat is natuurlijk persoonlijk.

One of the niciest hotel we've been to. The hotel have everything you need. The room is very big and comfortable, the bathroom is also very big and nice equiped. The balcony is exceptional and the view from balcony is on the pool area and on the port. We decided to stay in Mataro and to visit Barcelona. The hotel is right on the Mataro port and right on the beach. Along the beach, next to the hotel, there's a lot of restaurants and bars where you can enjoy. The swimming beach is 5 min away from the hotel. The hotel is next to the train station, and you can get to Barcelona ( center of Barcelona) in 40minutes. You are traveling with the train along the beaches, and it's very beautiful trip to see. You can get from the train on every station and you are right on the beach. We also visit and Mataro city and it's very nice Spanish small city. There's a lot of free parking next to the hotel, but sometimes is crowded so you'll need to wait for the place. The hotel also have their private parking. We recommend this hotel and we will be back for sure.

excellent

we felt revitalized after our short stay and dinner was excellent on both nights that we dined there. Liked · the calming effect of this hotel once you enter the lobby was so nice, but the highlight was Mary who works at the spa, the best masseuse I have ever come across, would go back if only for that reason , I’d recommend to put this top of your list if staying at the hotel.

I think the indoor pool should be available without charge

Enjoyable stay

Attentive staff. Friendly and professional. All my requests were met and overall I would stay again.

Bit further away from city centre but easily accessible by train which is a few minutes walk.

Great place to stay and enjoy Mataro.

Facilities like the gym, pool, bar, and location. The lounge areas were good for relaxing and remote work, if needed. Internet was good enough and available in all areas including poolside. Breakfast was decent and the beds were comfortable.

Rooms were not soundproof. You could easily hear conversations and the neighbours walking around, even barefoot.

The breakfast selection was great! The spa was lovely and clean I had it all to myself too! Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I would definitely go back and highly recommend!

All over it's okay and the place is nicely situated close to the centre of Mataro. It's a relaxing relative quiet place although it's in the harbour and close train, its not noice.

The patatas bravas are the wurst ever. Its by far not up to the standard. The woman serving on the terras, nervous, like she was scared we run away without paying, short memory of asking for room number all the time, wanted us to remove, we were there already over an hour ordering food and drinks and as another group, arrived and wanted our place. There were plenty of the same places empty.

Found old underwear from previous guests in bathroom, so we're concerned room not cleaned properly before our use.

Thank you, it was nice! The pool was enjoyable.

The bed was very good, hard enough to enjoy my beautiful wife.

Black bathroom walls. The refrigerator in the room could be a little bit bigger. Spain is a sunny, beautiful country, with a beautiful language. Why you don't offer fresh vegetables for breakfast? There weren't freshly cut tomatoes, wasn't fresh cucumbers, wasn't fresh paprika, weren't fresh salad leaves or greens of different flavours! But bread, bread that makes us all fat.
