Fantastic views from the hotel, with good facilities nearby - restaurants and apres ski etc.

Reasonably convenient for skiing, but a short walk to the slopes, so certainly not ski to the doorstep in the block we were in. Some of the other blocks may be better.

Apt was a good size Good bathrooms Location great

Floors in apt are stone, so if anyone in apt next to you or above you moves a chair you hear it v loudly Pillows were rubbish I was under the impression building had a pool and SPA .. it didn’t… the other building did, quite mis leading

The location was great. The accomodation was clean, warm & comfortable. Staff were always helpful. Though definitely too small for 6 people.

Over all the accomodation was smaller than we expected & didnt provide enough towels for the whole party. Accomodation booked elsewhere previously, was much more spacious. No pool as advertised. This was a huge disappointment, especially for the kids. Spa was shared with the whole local area. Was hoping it would be a bit more unique to the accomodation. Downstairs lounge wasn't really any value, unless you wanted to sit amongst trolleys of laundry.

The location is good, with a great view to the Mase slope.

We had three bedrooms and NONE of them had windows that could be opened so we couldn't really change the air there. This is really anti-hygenic. Secondly, two of the bedrooms and the main living room were with sloping ceilings so you couldn't really stand in half of the room. I cannot count the number of times I hit my head. Nobody said anything about this and the hotel claimed being fully-booked so we couldn't change rooms either. Thirdly, the awful sewarage smell from the bathrooms. We couldn't get it out, no matter how many windows (only those in in the living room could be opened, mind you) were open. Fourthly - the room walls are as thin as paper - you can literally hear people breathing next door.
