the lovely staff and the beautiful rooms

The riad itself looks great inside. Staff were very helpful and brought us to and from the edge of the Medina with our luggage.
Reduced storage space.

Terrible host and terrible staff. No help or service at all. They did nothing to make the stay comfortable. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but checked out the next day because it was so bad.
Learn some manners and etiquettes of hospitality.

The staff was so kind and made sure to always set a table for us for both dinner and breakfast. They even packed a small to go breakfast bag when we went to the airport at 4:30am which we were very grateful for. Rooms were quiet and opulent.
Everything was amazing

Beautiful quiet space. Wonderfully traditional with happy and helpful staff all willing to go
That extra mile. Can’t imagine a better place to stay in Fes. Perfect breakfast and supper options.

it was truly beautiful. having stayed at a few roads before this was my favourite. the staff (Latifa and Abdul) were just beyond special and true gift to the Riad.

Located in the heart of the old Medinah, this beautiful Riad made our stay extremely comfortable and accommodated us like we were relatives coming to visit. They catered to our every need and as there were only a few other guests at the time, it felt really personalised and like we were visiting our extremely wealthy family. Would absolutely recommend to all but please also be conscious that there are many hills and stairs both to reach the Riad and within the building so would be suggest keeping this into account.

The property is gorgeous, our favorite place we stayed in Morocco. the staff was so nice and welcoming, and the meals were great. We really loved our stay here, highly recommend!

The exceptional, traditional architecture of the hotel, the intimate size. The breakfast by the fireplace in the morning, the honestly friendly and helpful staff, the local cooking and dinner exceeded the restaurants who were also good, but not as good as the hotel dinners. The nap on the terrace.
Nothing.

Hosts and all staff were very kind and helpfull. Very good cooking.
Very hard to find was the way from parking nearby to the Riad. An assistance for the way would be nesseary.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Riad Fes Kettani. Unfortunately, I fell ill on the second day of our trip, but the staff at the Riad were extremely helpful and took my stomach troubles into account when preparing our dinners. Latifa even prepared some rice porridge especially for me. I can't thank her enough for that. The Riad is absolutely gorgeous. Our room was very comfortable and clean and the staff were the nicest, most helpful people I have ever encountered in a hotel. I highly recommend Riad Fes Kettani!

Very kind people, they truly made me feel at home

large and very comfortable room, made with lots of attention to details,
breakfast quite good
- they have arranged for us a transport to the airport, at the appointed time nobody was there...luckily one of the staff could contact the driver, he said "5 minutes"...and FINALLY showed up 20 minutes too late, that caused a stressful departure and helter-skelter at the airport. very annoying, unprofessional and dubious, they should definitely change the driver.
- atmosphere in the house little sterile and reserved, not much sincere joy in the communication with the guests
- coffee could be better

The location is very good, away from the main hustle and bustle of the Medina, but close enough so you can be in the centre in 5 minutes. All the staff was very helpful, special thanks to Latifa and Abdul for looking after us like their own family :) Breakfast was really good, and so was the mint tea (we had lots of it).
Latifa and Abdul helped us organise the transport to/from the hotel, and gave good advice on what to do in the city

the history and learning about the restoration was amazing. very comfortable and beautiful.

- The riad is a typical piece of medieval Middle-eastern architecture, with an inside courtyard, L-shaped entrance and beautiful decoration; yet offers comfort of the 21st century.
- Everything was very clean, the room was well equipped, room service was great, wifi and AC worked well. No mould and musty old smell caused by poor ventilation as found in similar places.
- Staff was very kind and helpful, offering many tips for trips around the city
- Rooftop - the breakfast and sitting there in the evening was nice.
- Super-close to touristy sites such as Chouara tannery, Quaraouiyine mosque, Attarine madrasa, souks and restaurants.
The negatives stem from the nature of any accommodation that is found inside medina and are not specific to Riad Kettani.
- due to extremely narrow streets, there is no private parking and we felt a bit apprehensive to leave a rented car at a public parking lot some 10 minutes away (20dh/night).
- the room is rather dark, as all the daylight comes only from the inside courtyard. That, however, also makes the room very quiet.

We had a lovely stay at Riad Kettani. The staff made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Location is right at the heart of the medina which is convenient if you want to venture out and explore on your own!

The Riad was beautiful with lovely decoration and attention to detail. The rooms had robes, shampoo, towels, hair dryer, which not all riads have. The staff was super friendly and went the extra mile to prepare things we needed. The room was comfortable, quiet, and perfect climate regulation available.
Nothing.

The Riad is nice and clean. Staff is good.
Maybe the breakfast could be more generous

Location superb, at the heart of the Medina, a tranquil haven from the intensity outside. We really felt private and pampered, but the rooftop terrace banished any claustrophobia. Evening meals excellent, which is just as well as wandering the Medina at night is not a pleasant prospect. Architecture and decorative detail were simply magical. Staff delightful, and a real family feel to the place.
The rooms all have their drawbacks, but these are down to the inherent limitations of the historical building, and more than compensated for by the Arabian Nights ambience.
A mix-up over pre-payment occurred, but this was promptly rectified.

Superb staff who couldn't have been more helpfull. Excellent evening meals and decent breakfast. Room was lovely and roof terrace was very pleasant.
Rooms downstairs are noisier than those upstairs due to proximity to the riad's courtyard. I had our room changed and it was much quieter.

Excellent and such very welcoming staff. Returned after a few days outings elsewhere and I was welcomed back as a friend. Beautiful aspects to every detail of the decor and ambience. Great views from the rooftop terrace. Breakfasts very good. Do dinner too. I had many chicken tagines on my trip and this was the very best.

Good location in the medina.
The breakfast was very basic.
