Our 1765 sq. ft. villa is located at the luxury and exclusive beach front residential community of Palmas del Mar. The Villa is located in the first floor of Malaga building. Inside, the accommodations are elegant and comfortable. Spacious living and dining areas are professionally decorated. The fully –equipped kitchen is set with stainless steel appliances. This space opens completely onto an extended terrace where you can enjoy and relax in the hammock. Two spacious bedrooms, located at both extremes of the Villa for maximum privacy, provide sleeping spaces for four and a comfortable sofabed in the living room adds sleeping for 2 more. We had a wonderful stay in the condo. It was perfect for our family of 5. We loved the pools and the location was great for exploring the island. There were 5 of us and our son slept in the foldaway couch and was very comfortable.

My daughter and her family stayed in Karen's lovely 2 b/r Condon in The Marbella Club in Palmas del Mar, a large landscaped gated community on the ocean about 1 hour southeast of San Juan. My daughter said the unit was clean, spacious, close to the pool and beach...she also loved the patio for sitting and dining.

Highly recommended! Karina is a wonderfully gracious owner and made our stay as simple as staying in our own home. Her condo is meticulously maintained and provided everything we needed. The Marbella Club property is drop-dead gorgeous. Walmart is a short drive, and Costco is relatively close as well. This was our second stay, and we certainly look forward to staying again.

We have stayed in dozens of VRBOs and other rentals - this was the nicest property we've ever rented. Every detail was perfect. The host was amazing. The location was perfect. Away from the tourists but all the amenities you would want. Great activities nearby without feeling touristy. Off the beaten path but close to everything. I can't say enough good things... rent it!

The tub was absolutely fabulous!!
My husband and I were looking for a safe, quiet, relaxing stay and that’s exactly what we got!
Karina our host was the best! Very responsive and full of great advice.
Only drawbacks:
- now during the pandemic, only able to use designated pool and no hot tub.
- bring plenty of bug spray, mosquitos are in abundance.
Would most certainly come back!

Paradise in Palmas
We loved this property! Unfortunately, due to the corona virus and travel limitations, we left a few days early. But we made the most of our 4 days at this lovely property. We will return, again, for sure. The property was lovely, the pools perfect for our family. We rented a golf cart and visited all of the amazing restaurants in Palma Nova and beyond. Give this villa a try - you will not be disappointed.

Ocean view & Coqui s!
Our family of 4 ( 2 adult children ) enjoyed our stay very much. The villa was in a great location with peaceful view of the ocean and relaxing sounds of the coqui s and ocean! The pool area was easily accessible and kept clean and had access to beach. The villa was clean and comfortable and Karina was only a text away if needs or questions arose. We would return and explore the other parts of the resort more.

This property is beautiful, well maintained, and it has everything you need for your stay. The owner is very responsive and super friendly. The only thing that I could mention is that the air conditioner didn't get cold enough.

Wonderful Stay
This is a high-end unit with a very thoughtful, warm, proactive owner. The combination leads to a 5/5. Location is fantastic, being right on the water with two well maintained pool areas. A Walmart Supercenter is no more than 10 minutes away, and a Costco and Sam’s Club within 30 minutes. It’s an easy drive from San Juan – expressways all the way. Karina was a step ahead of us throughout. When I asked if the outdoor grills made it through the hurricane, she said no. But when we arrived, Karina had placed a brand new portable grill on the patio. That’s just one example of many things she did to ensure a pleasant stay. We can’t wait to return.

Great accommodations
The manager was so helpful and easy to deal with. The accommodations were wonderful. We did wish there was a beach and more restaurants around the complex. Other than that we would love to go back!

A Perfect month
The condo, both inside and out exceeded our expectations and needs. The questions we posed were responded to in lightening speed and taken care of immediately. It was the perfect place to spend a relaxing month. My only disappointment, the month went by too quickly.

Like a 5 Star Hotel....but better
We just spent 4 days at Marbella Club to celebrate my Mother's 90th. The Villa is extremely comfortable and was the perfect setting for an intimate family reunion. The amenities were great and the Villa is very nicely decorated, extremely comfortable and definitely has a homey feel. The support staff at the facility was extremely helpful and the public areas are meticulously maintained. The pool staff was particularly friendly and helpful. We even used one of their outdoor BBQs poolside.
Although I did not play golf, I was impressed by the quality and the upkeep of the courses. I did have a chance to go horseback riding and the setting was perfect, especially the run on the beach.
I would definitely come back to Karina's place. I highly recommended it. Just make sure you don't reserve it when I want to come back . :)

Top notch accommodations!
Our family visited Puerto Rico for the first time staying in this beautiful Villa. It provided luxury and comfort and beauty making our stay even more enjoyable. It was well equipped and lovely. The outdoor areas were fantastic. Sitting on the patio sipping morning coffee with the trade winds blowing while viewing the sea and gorgeous plants and palms was nothing short of heavenly. The pools were fantastic- keeping our two sons perpetually entertained. The Marbella Club was great and convenient. Safety was provided by two gates. We would highly recommend this property for a relaxing lovely stay in Puerto Rico. Karina and Vickiana were terrific to deal with.

Una pequeña nota para expresarte que nos encanto el apartamento. Tania un excelente gusto en su decoracion y satisfizo nuestro acomodo y necesidades. Al recibirlo, estaba en optimas condiciones de limpieza y organizacion. Nos complacio la proximidad al area de la piscina principal y playa. El area de descanso exterior con la Hamaca fue muy relajante y atractivo.
Nos sentimos complacidos con la atencion y amabilidad de Seguridad. asi tambien recibimos la atencion y ofrecimiento de toallas para el area de piscina.
Gracias por brindarnos un segundo Hogar en estas pequeñas vacaciones.

Gorgeous apartment!!!
What a great relaxing stay! Better than any hotel! Everything you could ever need is at this apartment in the exclusive Marbella Beach Club! we were traveling with our 2 & 1 yrs old babies and the apartment was well equipped with Playpen, booster seats, kids toys, etc. The owner also provided with guest passes to the Palmas Beach Club which was very nice. The owner was available for any questions we had while we were staying. Like suggesting Sunday Brunch at Chez Daniel which was very good too!!!! Thanks!!!
