It's in a calm place, but it's very convenient because it's close to the beach and the supermarket and convenience store are also nearby. Above all, the owner's hospitality was wonderful and really kind, so it was enough to extend our stay. He supported our stay in many ways, so we were able to super enjoy sightseeing in Santorini.

We got an upgrade which was lovely.
First of all the guy checking us in took my passport and did not give it back, we had to message him to bring it back. Because he did not bring it until the next morning we had to change our whole itinerary as we could not catch the ferry we had planned. On top of this there were ANTS IN THE BED.

Everything was PERFECT! Manwilis is one of the best host we ever met! he gave us a lot of advice, what to see and where to go! Marina’s studios in perissa was an amazing choice for us because it is near to supermarket (about 5 minutes walking) and near to scooter rent! it is also 10 min far from the amazing seaside!
the room is very clean, beds and pillows are very comfortable and there is also a fantastic jacuzi in front of the terrace! so.. what else?
We cannot describe in words how happy we are to have chosen Marina’s Studios.

great location, near stores, excellent restaurant right across the street, nice beach within 10min walk. This is the best area to stay in Santorini with the best beach!
We had the 2 room studio and there was a steep stairway going up to second bedroom which made it inconvenient because bathroom was on first floor. The attic bedroom was very hot but when we told the owner, he immediately brought us a fan.

We had an excellent stay of 7 days with 4 people in this very well run establishment.
The apartment was comfortable, very clean and very pleasant.

The stay was great. The location is perfect on the island, a little away from the busy towns and in the immediate vicinity of the most beautiful beach.

Typical Greek accommodation of average size. Very clean with regular cleaning and towel/sheet change. The owner Manos was attentive but not overbearing. 10 Min walk to the beach with good selection of restaurants. Lovely bakery next door to the supermarket 5 Mins away.
The accommodation unfortunately suffers some road noise.

It was a pleasure to stay here, everything was super clean and the place was very welcoming.
The host made sure we didn't miss anything, helped us with car rental, organizing the boat trip, transfer, without us having to call and talk to somebody. So he helped us have quality time on the island and visit most of it.
The accommodation is very well placed, it is close to the supermarkets, main road, the rental company, the bus station, and the beach.
I would recommend anyone to stay at Marina's studio anytime!

Very friendly, responsive and helpful host who went above and beyond to ensure we're having a great stay! The property has a small pool, is very close to the beach, it's kept very clean - overall, great value for money.
No air conditioning in one of the rooms so it would get really hot at night, so definitely adding an air con unit into each room would be great.

Privacy, calm and quiet atmosphere. Complete services, close to the beach and restaurants (walkable distance, with live music, good food, rational prices, etc).

Perhaps the entrance should be more visible from the main street (a bit difficult to find at first) and the shower could have a curtain. Everything else was super fine and perfect!

Our host Manolis met us upon arrival. The airport shuttle and the excursion to volcano island was arranged by him as well. Very helpful and kind host. The whole property and pool area was tidy and clean. The rooms were cleaned properly every day.
The apartment we stayed in was very nice but there was no ac in the top room. In the night it could get very hot and we had to open the door to our balcony to get the room some what cooler. The wind was very strong at the time of our stay. Another ac unit in the apartment would be a good solution to this problem.

I travelled with a friend to Santorini and we had a great stay at Marina’s Studios for 7 nights. The property is clean and quiet, situated super close to the beach and restaurants. There’s also a supermarket nearby, which is really convenient. Our room was spacious, with its own balcony and bathroom and kitchen ammenities. The host Manos was nice and welcoming. It was a great experience and would definitely stay here again!!

Very good place.Very clean. Good location if you are with car. Nice terrace. The owner is very friendly and helpful. It will be nicer if they provide standard staff as shampoo, shower gel and nescafe sticks.

Perfectly clean, comfortable rooms. The Host is very contact and helpful can advise what and how to visit the island, arrange the taxi or shuttle bus. There is a beautiful black beach of Perissa near the Marina's Studios with all infrastructure, sun loungers (free if ordered). There is also a jacuzzi and a beautiful garden. Good internet, wifi, shop and a bus stop nearby. T
