El ventilador del cuarto hacia un ruido estridente muy incomodo y no habia lamparas en las mesas de noche. El agua de la regadera estaba fresca, lo que no importaba tanto por el calor que hacia

No respetan precio ni habitación de plataforma y no existe la información en la misma, ya te enteras hasta que llegas u horas antes de la llegada, y ellos mismo cancelan la reservación.

El trato del personal es estupendo, las áreas verdes las tienen en excelentes condiciones.
Los colchónes son muy duros, las almohadas son planas y las habitaciones son muy calurosas.

The staff was rude and I had a reservation drove 2 hours with my family for them to tell me they canceled my booking then they put on the website I was a no show place is a joke they don't honor reservations

The toilet Smells so bad, no water we have to leave the room as soon as posible

Even being on a busy road it was a little haven. Traditional Mexican decor & style, terrific pool & absolutely wonderful staff! Ignacio was a class act at the restaurant! He was polite & very friendly & knowledgeable. The whole staff was friendly & incredibly helpful & I look forward to visiting them again someday.

Close to where I had to be, restaurant on premises, parking on site
The room was a litrle gloomy, needed more light and no internet as the signal would not reach into my room, had to go by the pool to connect to wifi
