We would come back anytime

A very nice place to stay. The host is very friendly and helpful. You won't miss anything when you're there. Nice beach, restaurant and thai massage in this area.

Sunsets, sand, sun, and the people.

The Owners were very good, met all our requests. were available if required most of the time, they are not in your face but about if needed, they look after the guests very well, it is a quiet location, don't expect night life, but you can get out to the local area easy. Superb sunsets, nice area with sunbeds just for guests, Breakfast very good each morning. Beach bars and food available within walking distance. Having transport allows more access to other local bars and beaches. A relaxing place to de-stress, with excellent owners.

Soooo perfect..

Everything was perfect! The breakfast was outstanding and we were looking forward to it everyday..Tum an Joe were incredibly helpful, lovely and kind (and also Mimi). We felt very welcome and the holiday started right away with a fresh coconut as a present. ❤️

Wonderful

This place is truly special. Operated by a local Thai couple, Tum and her husband really do everything to make your visit special. The bungalows are very clean, modern and beautifully located near the beach. There is a little (gras) area where you have lounge beds and have direct access to the beach. The breakfast is amazing and especially made for you each morning. Tum also organized transport to and from the airport for 500 THB each. There are nice restaurants around, especially Cape Away was really nice and never too crowded. Any problems Tum will always be there to help.

The location - Away from the hustle bustle of the city. Place close.to the nature with great view and amazing people. The host - They welcome you with a smile, to the warmest host we've met. always ready to help you. Cheers to these guys aslt JasmineandTea

A beautiful island, fantastic holiday topped off by the warm welcome from Jo and Tum ☺️

Breakfast was delicious plenty of choice from traditional and European, fantastic pancakes 🥞 Jo and Tum were always available for advice on places to visit, booked us taxis and trips. Beautiful traditional villas with the added bonus of a plunge pool. Kept spotlessly clean by a lovely lady ( whose name unfortunately I don’t know) great location a stone’s throw from the beach 🏝️ Highly recommend Jo and Tum are fantastic hosts Kob Kuhn ka 🙏🏻

Traditional beach house

The hosts were absolutely wonderful! They helped with everything that was needed. Tumtim cares a lot about Thai traditions and you can see how much she loves what she does. The houses are big, clean and comfortable and even though you are on a beautiful beach, you are a bit in the jungle. The breakfasts were absolutely great! Thank you!

Stayed for 10 nights, simply amazing, the best location on the island for those looking for peace and quiet, the rooms facing the beautiful beach, the service is excellent and very welcoming, the food is great, the right place to stay in Samui.

The most beautiful setting right on the beach

Lovely traditional style rooms, stylishly decorated with local products. Great plunge pool, perfect for a dip after a morning on the beach. Owners couldn’t have been more helpful and were always on call to give advice.

Little local restaurants within walking distance but if you wanted more choice you need to call a taxi

Perfect stay.

In front of a perfect clear water quiet beach, hosts are very nice. Rooms are big and have each a small pool that kids loved.

The two owners were incredibly kind and accommodating, and helped us book activities during our stay. The room was gorgeous and the breakfast delicious. The area is very relaxing, with a yoga place and a delicious restaurant just next to it, and a muay thai gym only 10min walk from the property. We had a wonderful time there! Perfect for a honeymoon!

I liked the owners. Very warm and good people. I liked the location. Just perfect. Private beach, off the main road area but still close to get everywhere. Everyday perfect sunset. Breakfast at your door at any time You want. Everything was perfect.

lovely owners and best sunset but unstable internet connection

very private space and the beach is just 5 meters from the footstep of my room! I was very relaxed during my stay. The 2 owners are very friendly and make u feel very welcome! the sunset from the place is absolute stunning

The hotel is near brand new, everything is lovely but certainly a few minuses.. Internet is not fast and often I couldn’t connect or lost connection so if u r a nomad looking for stable internet connection, this might be your place but if u look for peace and quiet…this is the right place! if u wanna get around to other places then maybe rent a motorbike is a good idea!

What was not to love? Private Bungalows, private Beach, breakfast delivered to the balcony with a beach view! And the owners are really friendly and helpful, even after we left the accommodation! To conclude, I definitely recommend the Jasmine & Tea House, especially for those of you, that are searching for something more individual!

Definitely Stop Here

I liked everything. Seriously. The room was small but very comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was PHENOMENAL every single morning and there were so many options! The beach is RIGHT THERE. Lunch and dinner were easy because there are two other resorts with restaurants that are really good. The owners were fantastic. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and content.

If I really have to come up with something, it rained on my last full day. Not sure how the owners could have fixed that, but I'm sure they would have if they could! AND they came and repeatedly brushed away the puddles from the patio and the porch to make sure I wouldn't slip.

Heaven! Paradise!

This is a little piece of heaven, tucked away in a remote area of Ban Tai, you almost don't feel the rest of Koh Samui exists! Joe and Tong (and their amazing dog croissant), are incredible hosts that will do everything to make your stay a comfortable one! The huts are basic but essentially have all that you need, the private beach area is incredible and everything is so well kept. Breakfast isn't included but Joe gifted me some watermelon and fruits and was so appreciated! Literally heaven!

There is nothing not to like, but if you're looking for an area with lot's of food options close by or more of a social scene, then this is not for you.

Loved every minute, it was wonderful. There is nothing more I would have liked, everything was perfect. Our hosts couldn't have done more for us. Will definitely be returning. There is also an amazing local restaurant that do take out.
