Helpful and committed staff. Safe with control over movement in and out. Large rooms. Very good location, 8 minutes walk to stations of airport buses and metro buses, restaurants, and shops everywhere. Elevator exist. Modern and suitably furnished. Fri safebox in the room. Drinking water and tee for fri. Nice breakfast with nice atmosphere. Large with two separate building opposite each other.

You can hear the cars honking outside and also people in the corridor and the room next door, I used earplugs. Cigarette smoke smell because some smoke in the rooms thought it prohibited. The air conditioning is central, the temperature cannot be controlled from the room, I closed it because it was hot. Poor TV channels. Low yellow light in the room.

Hi it was not good , not terrible something in between. Ive booked this hotel because they stated that this room will have bathtub and coffeemaker, when i arrived they said that those things only comes with much more expensive room.

I booked at Tempo because i was attending an exhibition at the Fuar merkezi Centre. They upgraded my standard room to a suite that was super nice, comfy, and spacious. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, and breakfast was ok. Complimentary coffee and water in the room, very good value for money. Calm neighbourhood, walking distance to bus station.

If it wasn't for business, the location would be a bit far from all the touristic places, like sisli, taksim, fatih, galataport & ortaköy... It took us 1.30 hours to arrive to Ortaköy in the evening.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The location is great.

It's clearly the pandemic impacted the business, but the facility requires lit of maintenance. Some are urgent as they are causing more damage overtime, and reduce the quality of the service. I was here in 2019 and it was way better.
