Fabulous Sunset and Views by the Sea

Fabulous villa by the sea, stunning views. We loved the tranquility and the beach. Restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a stunning sunset.

Would be nice to have new/more up to date kitchen equipment.

Heaven!

The location is just heavenly. Perfect for a walk before that morning cup of coffee, and even for a swim if you find that little hidden bay! Close enough to the city and very close to sandy beaches like Laourou or Coral Bay. All necessary equipment is there, including a washing machine, wine opener, pots, pans, etc. even anti-mosquito electric plugs. We stayed there in May so did not need AC - it’s also available. Kids enjoyed the pool, climbing the rocks, looking at lizards, and when exhausted- netflix. Hope to go back there soon! So don’t book all the dates please.

Christmas by the Sea!

Location by the sea and peacefulness as it is one of only two villas let by Yannis in that location. There are 2 other sets of 5 villas nearby, but these are not intrusive. The range of cooking equipment in the kitchen was excellent, but we could have done with a couple more chopping knives. We were provided with plenty of clean towels and the property was cleaned thoroughly half way through our stay as it was for more than a week - previously in similar properties we've just been left clean bedding and towels.

Internet was temperamental and struggled to cope with multiple devices at the same time. A family with children playing games on ipads etc... would definitely find it challenging. Maybe if the router was mounted higher up on the wall instead of being on a low table it would help. We also needed the heating on an evening as the house did not retain heat easily during our stay in December. This was an extra charge we knew about at the time of booking but we hadn't realised how cold the property would feel at times. We would also have liked the washing machine instructions. It took us a while to figure out as the instructions proved impossible to find online.

Picture perfect villa in a great location

A lovely villa with an absolutely stunning sea view, including magical sunsets. The villa was spacious, well equipped and clean, and the owner most helpful and accomodating. Although one could happily sunbathe daily by the pool, the location is perfect for day trips into Paphos, Latsi, Troodos, Akamas etc. Very close (10min drive) to all the water sport fun and beaches of Coral Bay and only 25min away from the airport. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent choice for a carefree and enjoyable stay.

The location is outstanding. A quiet spot with amazing view and a hotel with a restaurant nearby. The owner was extremely helpful. Some breakfast supplies were included in the package but they brought us extra supplies when we requested for them (since we were arriving very late at night) and assisted in finding a lost charger after our stay. We had rented both villas, and that served our large group perfectly. The apartments had pretty much everything you would need for cooking and grilling.

Everything was as promised, just bear in mind that no cleaning and washing materials are included, for example you need to bring you own dishwashing liquid and sponge.

Sitting on the bedroom balcony listening to the crashing waves is the stuff of dreams!

The property is absolutely fabulous, and we were welcomed by the friendly and hospitable owner Yiannis

As per most properties, the WiFi signal wasn’t great. Streaming TV shows on iPads was intermittent at best!

Would stsy agine if ac was included

Fantastic location direct access to the sea from the back garden, the host was there waiting on are arrival with some supplys to get us stared The room where a good size and clean. The pool was clean and garden tidy Good location with a few bars about a 10 min walk away

The swimming pool although well maintained was looking tired Cooking applliances dated and fridge was on it last legs but operational Air-con if required was very exspensive 8 euros a day per unit and you had to have all 4 units

Perfect villa, perfect views very near sea

Perfect locations 50m from sea, costal and quiet place, perfect views

We had some issues with heating first day (it was 10 C degrees in January outside) and with Internet but it was fixed

the biggest plus of this villa was location - incredible view in the mornings and evenings, cute and clean villa, quite neighborhood, a lot of things that you need

Mymmates Villa

Perfect quiet location with unspoilt ocean front views and the sound of the waves to listen to. It’s a 5 minute drive to Coral Bay heading north and a 10 minute drive to Paphos town heading south. Also has supermarkets 2 mins from villa. Yiannis was very helpful and welcoming too and made our stay relaxing.

Location is amazing right by the sea, beautiful view, great location as well close to Paphos but not too close either

Superb

The location is unbeatable. Made me consider to move to the area. Honestly.

One of the reasons we picked up that villa was because it had a fireplace inside, but when we arrived they told us we could not use it. It was a bit of a turn-off, especially at night time, since the heating system was available at an extra cost. Other than that, everything perfect.
