Parking was inside the facility and free. The food was excellent at both breakfast and dinner. The pool was amazing and staff there more than helpful. Many of the things were taken care by the staff and it was more than easy and comfortable to enjoy.

The apartment was dirty, we had to call to ask for toilet paper, the food was awful, old and same every day, the staff was not wearing any masks, they were not polite, they did not clean the rooms properly, the hotel is said to be pet friendly but pets are not allowed in the garden, near the pool, in the restaurant, so basically anywhere, the beach below the hotel is wild and dirty, not for sunbathing or swimming

The breakfast was far away from decent and satisfactory. Missed variety and healthier options. The receptionist speak pretty poor to no English at all. Extremely noisy in the morning, even on the second floor you can be woken up by the cleaning truck on the street. The hotel was full of families with small kids who were running around the corridors in the morning. It was written at the entrance that there is an airport shuttle but there wasn’t one at all. There was no hot (not even warm) water in the shower at all. We had to shower with freezing cold water every day. Also the door to the shower cabin was not closing so after you shower the whole bathroom is floated. The kitchen had only one pot, so if you’d want to cook something other than boiled food, it’s not possible. All in all, too overpriced and overrated.
