There was no soap or sinks for the toilets and they were kept in very bad condition. My room wasn’t clean on arrival

The pillows were the worst ever. No covers and pathetically thin. No towels supplied in the shower room. Cobwebs on the ceiling/wall. Bag of rotton fruit left on the window ledge presumably by a previous occupant. Location was bad. The so called breakfast was a joke. Two bits of bread and some preserves. Paper tiny cups for drinks.

Nothing to recommend this place, especially as our laptop went missing!! Room couldn't be accessed by code had to wait for new room to be prepared staff not attentive

Last night electricity has gone off and there were no lights at rooms until morning. It was not for the whole hotel but only for one corridor.
