Very good

Since the apartment is 1+1, it met all my needs comfortably. The location is very central. We can easily say that it is on the street of bars, only 1 minute from the university and the sea. The kitchen had all the equipment, including different types of wine glasses.

The apartment is turned from the basement, so the living room does not get much sun. It was very rainy when I visited the city and there was extreme humidity in the apartment. For this reason, it was difficult to warm up and breathe. Also, I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The sound insulation of the apartment with the next apartment was bad.

Great accommodation in the city center!

The apartment is very central located, very practical! The accommodation was as described, Check in and communications with the landlord was pretty easy and simple. I stayed three nights there and was very happy with the election :)

The appartment was very clean with good bathroom, air con, TV, fridge and kettle. There was also an iron, hair drier and clothes drying rack if these things are important to your stay. The owner is really friendly and was there exactly on time. The location is excellent.

Cozy apartment for a short stay

The apartment is close to the part of Zadar with lots of night life, however it was a bit hidden in a side street so the noise was ok. The host waited for us even though we arrived very late. It's cozy and good for a 1 night sleepover.

Nice location apartment in the heart of Zadar

The owner was super nice providing the info needed and being very flexible to the arrival. The apartment had all needed for a family for a vacation. The location was ideal very close to the city center.

The apartment doesn't have a parking place, we had to park 15 min away in another public parking and was a bit uncomfortable. The second, when the neighbours were taking the shower we heard the water running and the pipes very loud.

Delightful ground floor apartment in the heart of Old Town Zadar: Immaculately clean, comfortable and very well equipped, including a washing machine! Lovely, spacious bedroom, comfy bed, plenty of storage, iron/ironing board etc. The kitchenette was well equipped. The bathroom small but perfectly adequate. A separate shower enclosure with lots of hot water. The apartment has air conditioning which made it super comfortable. The host was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

Could do with a toaster and a coffee percolator or cafetiere.

In the middle of the Old Town. Very flexible owner, we arrived 02.00 am at middle of the night and he stilll was waiting for us with a key. nice, clean and cool apartment.

Very well located little apartment with everything we needed. Perfectly kept, clean, tidy, smart. AC was amazing to have, shower was powerful and hot. All good overall and really good value for being in old town so close to everything.

Bed was a bit hard for us, but nothing wrong.

The window in entrance room does not have a blackout, so the person that sleeps there wakes up too early.

Great location!!! Good approach and flexibility of the owners.

The apartment was slightly below ground floor with only one window. Free parking 10 minutes away.

- very nice, friendly and helpful owner/guy who checked us in and communication in advance - clean and big - great wifi - windows in bedroom were good against noises from the outside and able to get the room completely dark

- mattress a bit hard - some things could be added like scissors for example - free parking is a 5min walk away, no problem but should know in advance. For unloading the car one can park directly in front of the door

Great location - in the center, just in the middle of all pubs, restaurants etc but in the same time in the peaceful street, free from noise. Clean and cosy apartment, friendly hosts. Dogs are welcome.

Cleaning lady showed up 45 minutes early kept banging on the door and demanding we left the apartment. This was whilest we was trying to pack our bags and collect our things
