The apartment is extremely tidy, and has all the comfort you need. The bed is comfortable, the little courtyard is spacious, the kitchen is equipped, all perfect. Also the location we liked, it's a bit calmer, but on the most beautiful location ever, a 10' walk away from baia di sorgeto, and a 10' walk up to the bus stop (they come every 15'), and if needed, in the AM, Salvatore just drops you off there, so you avoid the steep hill. You can also do Sant'angelo by foot, very beautiful walk, and nice views!

I think we were a bit 'unlucky' with our neighbours, who were very loud (we had a crying baby, a barking dog and playing children next to us and on top of us, all in the middle of the night), but on the other hand, after now spending a few holidays in Italy, I'm starting to learn that (family) noise is also a part of the Italian charms. :)

Clean and nice room, kitchen, aircond., Near to the sorgeto beach (thermal water) 15 min. walk to the bus stop to all directions - at.angelo, forio. Ischia Porto is 40 min. By bus. Salvatore was very friendly and helpfull.

The manager is very very kind and helpful. His availability to provide rides up the bus stop helped a lot.

Property is located in an isolated area. Before reaching any public transport you must walk up an up hill road for about 1km, during summer it is a killer factor. And then you need to deal with the buses before reaching any town. There are many photos of the different rooms on booking, the one we got had an outside terrace locked by buildings, it wasn't pleasant to use it. The room had a kitchenette but with a bad outside area you are left with no spaces to have a decent dinner.

Exceptional experience! Beautiful and clean apartment with a lovely sitting area outside. The location is great only 5 min walk to the Baia do Sorgeto. There are two lovely restaurants just around the corner and 10 min walk to the bus stop. Thank you Salvatore for your amazing hospitality!!!

Very nice,clean and spacious apartments. Ideal place for relaxing very close to stair down to Sorgeto Bay, where in November is very quiet. Owner Salvatore was helpful more then I expected, and was available all the time. Kitchen is fully equipped, bathroom is clean. I got everything for perfect stay(warm additional blankets as well). Ideally if you go there by own transport. Thanks for the care!

Wonderful rooms, comfortable and clean. The owner was wonderful!! Always available to solve any problem. He was warm and so accommodating 🤗🙏🏼🤗 The location is wonderful close to a beach, with hot springs. Important to be prepared: You do need to be ready to walk up and down many stairs and sometimes steep slopes.

The location was nice, with sea view from the (huge) balcony. The apartment was large, the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary appliances and the fact that it has a private parking is more than useful. Salvatore was kind to give us tips regarding the surroundings, what to visit and where to eat.

The bed sheets had a bad smell as if they were dried in a closed space.
