Friendly environment, with lots of activities to do: swimming pool, all kind of sports, bars and restaurants... and pet friendly!

All around pleasure to holiday there and will be back

Terrible WiFi quality very frustrating

It was next to the beach. In the evenings it was so beautiful and relaxing.

The bed was a little bit uncomfortable. Especially the pillow. 1 pillow was uncomfortable, but if I put 2 together it eas okay. And it the shower the warm water was not the best. Sometimes there was, sometimes there was not. And the water did not go down. Lot of dirt stuck in the sinker.

The place itself offers really everything what a family with kids can wish. Lots of swimming pools, slides, playgrounds, the size of the apartment is convenient. The own beach is really nice, the water is small, therefore convenient for the smallest ones as well.

Our apartment was not clean, there were lots of bugs hidden in the curtains and next to the beds. As the walls are very thin, it was impossible to cool down the apartment with air conditioning or during the night, it was hotter inside than outside!

We loved the village, everything close by an no reason to leave the resort. A lot of activities like the gym was for free and also the kids club. It is heaven for small kids but I think teenagers will also have a blast.

Our apartment was'nt the cleanest when we got there. Wifi was wonky and air con use is extra. Small things add up. Luckily we took our own fans.

It has a good location, beach is closer than expected . The appartment we have booked was well equipped and clean. There were everything in, that is needed for a one week stay, even a small caffe machine. Each appartment has an own parking place next to the accomodation. This is a very good choice for holiday with children. There are wide range of programs and facilities for children.

general Layout and availability of difference things was great. stuff were exceptionally friendly too.

Ant problem in the bathroom and living room

This is a really huge private village with access control. We got an own villa with covered parking place. There is a private beach and several swimming pools, supermarket (prices are a bit higher, but acceptable) and other shops, pharmacy, doctor (paid additionally), restaurants with reasonable prices and so on. Anti-mosquito nets on window. Nice veranda. 1 hour drive to Venice, 2 hours drive to Verona.

A lot of things should be paid additionally: chairs and umbrellas on the beach or at the pool; only 4 hours of Internet free per day; free air conditioner hours are limited (but weather was not extremely hot, so we did not need more than included). Very angry mosquitoes, son needed a doctor after one of the bites. Silent hours 0-7 and 13-15 - cannot drive the car at this time, but the cleaning machine is driving near the windows between 5 and 6.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The whole campingsite is very nice, with beautiful flowers and plants. Everything is very clean. We loved the appartmant, it has everything we needed. The beach is perfect or you can also choose the swimming pool. It was very fantastic.

The swimming pools are great fun. Our chalet was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. We liked the supermarket, it has good prices and a wide range of assortment.

Barbablu restaurant serves the food from the supermarket, just the price is several times higher...

I booked a double room instead of a self catering apartment by mistake, but the staff were so helpful and very quickly and willingly found us a new apartment, which we were able to move into immediately. Ristorante Pizzeria Barbablù have the most delicious pizza's (we only used the take away here, but the staff were very friendly) and the service (very quick), staff (very friendly) and value for money at the Bacaro Dolce e Salato Bar/Restaurant was excellent.

The Tukan Restaurant - avoid at all costs! I definitely wanted to visit this restaurant as it is a lovely looking restaurant in a perfect beach front position, but the staff - useless! On our 1st attempt, we sat at a table and had to wait about 15 minutes before a waiter finally asked us if we would like anything, when we only ordered coffee's he raised his eyes to heaven and gave us such a disgusted look as if to say we were wasting his time! On our 2nd attempt, we were given the menu's quickly enough but once we had decided on our meal order no one came to ask what we wanted. We sat there about 20 minutes frequently trying to catch someone's attention, eventually asking a girl who was cleaning the tables near us, to be informed that it was not her job and someone would come, she did not go and get anyone to speed it up! We waited another 10 minutes and finally attracted a waitresses attention, she decided to go to the table next to us to take their order first, as a result of which we got up and left! Seeing us getting up she immediately came over to our table (maybe the other table wasn't ready to order as they had only just arrived!) but too late - we decided to go to a different restaurant! A shame really as we had been planning on going back for breakfast toasts the following morning too - we didn't! The metal chairs on the patio at our accommodation were extremely uncomfortable.

only thing that was bad is wi fi ... you have to pay for it or you get internet for 4 hours ...everything else was very good
