About this condo rental
Privately owned, recently refurbished, 3rd floor apartment on an established, gated holiday ownership complex with excellent facilities. Pueblo Evita is popular with both families and couples, with a high percentage of visitors returning year after year. The complex has 2 outdoor pools. There is a clubhouse with a cafe bar/restaurant next to the lower pool, which is open from 10am daily offering food and drinks. There is also an onsite pub. The large local Mercadona supermarket is nearby, and there are numerous restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The beach is just a short 5-minute walk, and the award winning Marina is about 1.5km away. Benalmadena Pueblo with it’s traditional white-washed Spanish houses and lovely square is just a short taxi ride away, and Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Marbella and Puerto Banus can all be visited easily via the excellent train and bus services. The famous Rock of Gibraltar is just over an hours drive away. Other nearby attractions include Tivoli World Amusement Park, Sea Life Centre, Water Park and the Cable Car from which you can admire the spectacular views of the Costa del Sol. The apartment has 1 double bedroom with king size bed and fitted wardrobes, a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, and an L-shaped sofa that converts to a double bed in the lounge. New air-conditioning is fitted in the lounge and both bedrooms. There is a newly renovated bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. A hairdryer is also provided. There is a flat-screen television with a multitude of channels (including BBC1, ITV, Sky News, Sky Sports & Sky movies) and a DVD player. Free high speed Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. There is also a selection of board games available in the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you would need for a self-catering holiday, including a new full size oven & hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a microwave. For indoor dining there is a table and 4 chairs. The outside balcony space is lovely, with sea view and all day sunshine. There is a table and 6 chairs with a parasol for al fresco dining, and relaxed seating area with a sofa, 2 chairs and a small drinks table. There is also a built in BBQ. Bed linen, bath/hand towels and beach towels are provided. Pueblo Evita is an Andalucian-style resort. The apartment is located on the third floor and has lovely sea views. Due to the typical Andalucian village architecture, the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility as there are many steps around the complex and no lifts. Golf: The Costa del Sol is a golfers paradise, there are some 72 golf courses in Andalucia , of which 45 are situated along the Costa del Sol , four of those are ranked in the top 10 in Europe. Skiing : Sierra Nevada skiing is approx.2 hours away by car. As one of Europe's highest resorts it typically has a long season, starting late Nov and running through to end Apr. Sierra Nevada means 'Snowy Mountain Range', and it includes some of the highest peaks in Europe.

The accommodation was perfect for us. It was bright and airy and the terrace was lovely with a really nice view. It is fully equipped with everything you need. It is situated close to bar's and restaurants and there is a supermarket close by. We would, without doubt, stay here again.

A beautiful apartment in an amazing location. The owner communicated with us anytime we needed anything.
The apartment is extremely clean!! We met Fionia when we arrived and she walked us to the apartment and explained everything needed. The stairs are not bad at all, once you walk in the door and see the lovely view, makes it worth it!
The location is perfect, restaurant's, grocery and more.
We will be back!

The apartment was excellent for the two of us.. Everything we needed was there, we would definitely use this property again.. The pool area was also nice with a lovely bar attached that made lovely food and very cheap.. We stuck to the Spanish places mostly which were amazingly priced and never had a bad meal..

Excellent apartment, we especially loved the terrace which had sun almost all of the day into evening. Lots of little touches like the milk frothing gadget, not to mention the endless supply of suburb coffee pods; the kitchen had everything you would have in your own kitchen in terms of utensils etc…. I also have to mention the air conditioning which was high quality and very quiet. Beautiful bathroom with lots and lots of towels. We spent our last day by the pool in the complex and visited Sams bar twice for food, both were excellent. I would definitely recommend the apartment.

nice large balcony with lots of furniture for relaxing and eating outdoors. Decent size lounge with comfortable sofas. Although there were people in apartments above and at the side never heard them ; really quiet. Lots of steps but we knew this before going so no surprise. Communication and check-in excellent. Would use again. Just good value for money.

The location Benalmádena is very good to admire the Costa del Sol! It was a wonderful apartment even with 5 adults. Enough space, lovely balcony everything was there!

The apartment had everything you wanted and was very clean .The balcony was nice and spacious and cosy . Loraine was a pleasure to deal with and everything went very smoothly .The apartment location is perfect except for the hill which kept us fit .All in all it was beyond our expectations.

We spent 4 nights at Loraine's apartment in May 2022 and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
The property manager was so helpful, and friendly even though we turned up later than planned.
The apartment was immaculate on arrival, with a bottle of water and milk in the fridge. It was so convenient having a washing machine and airer, and the huge number of beach towels definitely saved space/weight in the suitcase! Terrace was huge with lots of seating, although you need to keep an eye on the bucket that collects drips from the aircon unit as it will overflow and soak the terrace floor (just empty it in the sink every couple of days).
We didn't use the pool but it seemed fairly quiet when we walked by. Sam's bar was ideal for British food and they have lots of sports on the telly if that's your thing. The beach is about a 10 minute walk from the apartment, along with many bars and restaurants. Steep hill and lots of steps though, so not for those with mobility issues.
Wonderful place to stay, with great WiFi (important with 11, 9 and 3 year old!) and we'll definitely consider returning next time we're in Malaga.

Would definitely recommend as short walk to the seafront which gives access to buses to other resorts along the coast in both directions and lots of bars and restaurants within easy distance.

Went to Pueblo Evita for a short break with family and was blown away by the friendliness of the staff and our host's. The host's were very helpful from booking to us arriving even letting us book out a bit later because we had a late flight home. Would highly recommend booking and I'll definitely be back

Family Break
First holiday abroad since covid. Everything as described. Apartment clean, centrally located to supermarket, local shops, bars and restaurants. Facilites we’re great on site. Clubhouse pizzas were delicious. Sam’s bar excellent. Pool area kept well and has a life h guard and always plenty of sun beds available. Balcony was a bonus and having a washing machine was fab. Check in perfect. Communication was great and having beach towels to use meant we didn’t have to bring our own. All in all everything was as it should be. Highly recommend.

Lovely flat with big terrace
Flat has everything you need. There even was some UK sockets which was very convenient for us. The terrace/balcony is big with a wonderful view! The lady who met us was very lovely, the host left us a bottle of wine and gave a very detailed information about restaurants, transport and places to visit. There is on street parking free of charge (spaces are not allocated) The only thing we needed was slippers as the tiles over the flat were cold (it was end of March which makes sense, i believe at summertime it is a big plus)
To sum up, we enjoyed our stay and we would come back there again!

Nice appartment

Excellent apartment
From booking this apartment, I had excellent communication with the owner. I have booked a few apartments In the area and this one was the best by far ! The apartment is spacious, clean and modern, the outside seating area was a good size and had everything that you could ever need, it is clear that the owners of this apartment took a pride in their accommodation.. I would highly recommend booking as if it’s exactly what the description states...

Benalmadena summer 2019
Had a great holiday in a great apartment, what more could you ask for, the whole process went really well and communication with Loraine was excellent throughout, yes it is up a bit of a hill, but it’s not too far at all to the beach and there is some great restaurants all close at hand and also a mercadona supermarket nearby with everything you need if you are gonna cook at the apartment. The kitchen is quite small but plenty big enough to cook at home. The beds are comfy and there is a sofa bed in the front room which is massive, the complex is good with two outside pools, I would have no qualms about recommending Loraine’s apartment, we had a great holiday, thanks Loraine

Recently returned from a four night stay at this fabulous apartment which is home from home with everything you need at your fingertips both in the apartment and on the complex!
Communication with the owner was superb and the literature provided prior to travel was comprehensive and informative, so much so there is no need to research anything in the area as this is all provided for you from bars and restaurants, to travel and beyond.
It's just a pity we didn't book longer.

Lovely Halloween week in Pueblo Evita.
This is our second year staying in this apartment at Pueblo Evita. The complex is fantastic, staff and facilities are first class.
What can I say about the apartment other than 5 Star. It has absolutely every you need. It's a home from home, hence the reason for rebooking. Lorraine the owner is brilliant to deal with which makes the whole booking experience stress free.
I won't go on too much about places to see or restaurants ,all I'll say is there's something for all budgets within walking distance.

Great location, great amenities
We were a group of 5 girls staying in pueblo evita and we had an excellent stay! The apartment is well equipped and comfortable, the balcony is nice and big and there was enough storage space for all 5 of us to unpack properly. The pool/restaurant areas have great staff and daily games at the pool on weekdays for kids (although we did play too). There are enough beds at the pool that we got seated even when it was busy, and bar staff will serve you from your bed. Unfortunately it rained for 2 days of our stay, so we stayed in the apartment and watched a few of the 200+ DVD’s the reception has to borrow. There are bars and restaurants a short walk from the complex, and a taxi rank on the beach front to take you a little further to the marina which is definitely worth a trip. The only downsides were that the kitchen area was a bit small and not very well lit, and the complex is up a steep hill and apartment is up quite a few steps which was absolutely fine for us but just something to be aware of. Loraine and Vinny were great hosts and let us get to the apartment early as we had an early flight, and were on hand if we had any questions. We would definitely come back again, thank you for letting us stay!

5 stars before we arrived
Lorraine and vinny were incredibly helpful hosts, the help and information provided before we even arrived was invaluable. We have not been abroad for several years and have never privately rented so we were obviously nervous. Everything was as advertised and more, beautiful apartment, home away from home, my 3 daughters aged 6, 11 and 15 and also my wife had a wonderful time. Perfect location, beach down the street, supermarket 2 minutes walk, nearby restaurants etc. Rooftop pool and bar were magnificent, kids spent most days there. Perfect holiday thanks to wonderful hosts.

Great family holiday. The pools were great for the kids
The villa was brilliant. Perfect for our family of 6. Service was great being met at the gate then taken to our villa and shown where everything is in terms of bedding to working the air con all the way to directions to the beach and local restaurants. In all a 5 star holiday.

Spacious, clean fabulous balcony with sun all day
Had a great family holiday staying at Pueblo Evita, love the rooftop pool as did not have to get out of bed silly o clock in the morning for the sun bed wars you get in hotels. I was holiday with my husband and 14 year old son , and with this love two bedroom apartment my teenage son got is own space and with the WiFi he could keep in touch with his friends. The owners were very helpful and replied to my email very quickly. All so the lady we meet when we arrived was very helpful too. Benalmádena is a beautiful holiday for couple and family’s fabulous restaurants and the marina is beautiful. I will be back to stay at pueblo a evita again . Thanks you Loraine for let my family stay at you beautiful apartment.

The best view in benalmadena.
Just got back from the quickest 5 days holiday at puorto evita apartments , we really could have done with 2 weeks,
The appartment is up some steps think it did us all well after a night in town. A few more steps gets you to a lovely pool on the roof. The appartment was very good every thing we needed was on hand,

We had the apartment for 10 days over New Year and would highly recommend booking. Loraine was quick to reply to emails and answer any queries and was incredibly accommodating when our flights changed.
The apartment itself was perfect for us and our girls. Yes, it's at the bottom of the hill in Benal but it was only a 10 minute walk to the Arroyo or down to the beach. Great for working off all the New Year excess!
It was well equipped, very clean and tidy plus had a great balcony with a BBQ
Gillian came to meet us to hand over the keys and was available anytime if we needed her.
As it was out of season we didn't have access to the outdoor pool. Fantastic Mercadona across the road. Lots of good places to eat near by.
We will definitely book again when we decide to go back
