There's always a chance to improve.

Breakfast lady was nice n' helpful.

Was a shame my second morning the one of the receptionist couldn't help me calling me a taxi or Uber.

Výborné, levné.

S byla výborná být trošku menší. Pitná voda k dispozici, káva též po celý den zdarma. Lockery funkční jen z poloviny a jsou malé - tak do 10 kg bagaze. Možnost vařit si sám v kuchyni s velkou lednici nebo si jídlo nebo cokoli z baru objednat, i milkshake, pivo, jakýkoli drink, zmrzlina. Výborná je poloha, blízko do centra či parku, bezpečná zóna. Blízko na terminál busu Tica i supermarketu, restauraci. Velmi ochotný a přívětivý personál z recepce i kuchařky. Pomohou i směnit hotovost.

Vrzající pružinové matrace při každém pohybu, rozbité lockery.

Goed gelegen hostel met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Het behulpzame personeel. Hebben geholpen met simkaart en de weg te wijzen. Zeer vriendelijke. Kregen grotere kamer. Ze waren heel flexibel toen we last minute nog ee. Extra nacht boekten.

A área comum é grande e aconchegante, café da manhã maravilhoso e a limpeza excepcional. Tem 3 banheiros compartilhados, todos muito limpos e com água quente.

A cozy hotel in San Jose

Hotel location need the bus terminal and the common area is cozy,, about 30 minutes to Central Market and centro, breakfast is included and delicious, good for transit.

The highlight of my stay was definitely the stuff. Super nice and super helpful. Plus coffee all day long available.

I had probably bad luck for the situation. As there was accommodated girls soccer team. So I couldn't truly enjoy common areas and it was noisy and all of it echoed throughout the house. My room was okay. But faced to the "office" which was not comfortable at all. And not that i am picky, but i would prefer dorm room with beds with curtains. Even though it was only a female dorm.

Superb

Very nice people where I find something in common after a short talk with them. During breakfast they ask you if there is something you will not eat to not give it to you and reduce food waste.

To stay just for one night.

Highly recommend, had a great experience!

Great hostel, it’s a real home. Very helpful and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Nice location, just a few minutes to walk to the main spots in San Jose. I plan to stay again!!

Good place to stay in San José

It is a beautiful house, with really nice spaces for relaxing. The staff are really nice and very helpful. I stayed in a private room with a toilet. It was spacious and comfortable.

The shower didn't have hot water. The kitchen is small, and the owners also use it, so it wasn't very practical to make use of it. The breakfast was only one pancake and some slices of fruit, it could have been better.

Good price-quality rate

We had a large family room that can host 6 persons! It was our second time in this hotel. The staff is really nice and the surroundings are safe, with some restaurants not far.

Superb

Awesome staff! They were so nice to us, and my husband had lots of fun playing on the PlayStation with them 😅 The common area is so cool! Love the design of the place. Airport shuttle during the night. Free breakfast (rice, beans, eggs, banana)

The windows of our private room did not close, so we had no privacy and we could also hear the guests outside of our room as though they were IN the room. Our shower was not properly cleaned

Exceptional

My experience was really nice on this place. I just stayed there to sleep because I needed to take a bus 5:00 to Nicaragua, and they was super nice with me since from the begging. The people that work there are super receptively 🫶🏽 i liked it so much! And if i'll back to there, for sure i'm gonna stay with them again :)

The hotel employees were very kind, they helped me get Sim cards, the breakfast was delicious and I was able to rent a car with them, an excellent service.

lovely helpful staff and the indoor/outdoor vibe is really nice with all the plants - nice to be served breakfast too!

bathrooms could be cleaner, and the property in general - a lot of dust and dead bugs.

Amazing hospitality

The hospitality of the staff was amazing! When we left, they told us "when you come back, you are always at home here." They also provided great recommendations for food in the area.

Breakfast was ok, a traditional gallo pinto with a little fruit and some bread, but it was included! Maybe with some eggs would be better. We also had a room located right in the community area, so there was a little noise, but nothing to complain about.

Great location

Really friendly staff, good breakfast, quiet hostel (feels more like a BnB than typical hostel), fully equipped kitchen to cook, good internet.

Avoid rooms on the street it's super noisy and hard to sleep.

it’s close to TICA BUS bus terminal. also there are some convenient stores near to the hostel. staffs are very nice !

I’m the dormitory room, there is no fan and air air conditioner.

Good location to get to the airport, but very basic amenities.

I didn't eat at the hostel, but the breakfast smelled very good. The room was quiet. The staff was very friendly.
