The receptionist, super nice and friendly, without being fake

Affordable hotel (combined with students dormitory) at the edge of a trade-fair area, originally from 1980s, slightly renovated. Good price and quality ratio, clean and simple.

Diífficult to reach without a car, far away from any restaurants or shops, just a coffee machine by the reception. It was difficult to find the entrance among the highways and fences of Petrzalka suburb, on the way back I decided to take a taxi.

The room was very clean and the hotel is very near to the city center of Bratislava.

I didn't like the moquette that was too dirty maybe it's better to change it.

It was great that even though we were late the lady at the reception was so kind, so we were able to check in after 19:00. The location and the price were very good.

It would be nice to create some rules on when you're late after 19:00, so you can still check-in. Unfortunately, it's not always possible to predict, we were in a big traffic jam arriving 3 hours later than expected.

Very clean. Located a few minutes walking from the city center. I loved the TV with netflix and YouTube. The room is overall comfortable.

To arrive at the hotel at night you need to walk along a streets with no lightening. The hall and corridors of the hotel are a bit old and show the signs of time. The minibar was not working and had a bad smell.

Privacy.

For a three star hotel I expected Air conditioned rooms. Had to leave window open to motorway noise and biting insects. Not worth three stars. WiFi has a block on voice channels to force expensive hotel phone calls. This Prevented a conference call that was important to me. As an IT professional, this is medieval WiFi.

Spacious room and clean. Had 2 fridges.

The foyer and hallways are dark at night. We had to turn on the light in hallway and use our flashlight on our phone to be able to see and open the door.

No kettle available in the room, the door of the room is old and takes time to open the door, smoking zone is out of the hotel

Might be a bit far from the city center for walking people

Poor accustic of the rooms. We could hear the neighbours talking until very late in the night. The rooms was very dusty and because of that my girlfriend had asma during the night.

The price

One of the ladies at the desk (the older one) was not that kind and prioritised her own work before us when we areived. We were just told that she is working. We would’ve been alright with that if only she asked us politely to wait, but on the other the one younger lady who we dealt with afterwards was really nice.

Everything was fine, it's in a good location, nice surroundings. The staff is very nice. Breakfast was good.
