大浴場やサウナはとても良い。部屋も装備品も充実しているので、連泊しても不自由さは感じない。部屋も広く過ごしやすい

部屋が広い分、肌寒い。空調は夜もずっとつけていないと寒い。空調の送風音が気になるレベルの音かなぁと思う何度も宿泊しているが、毎回氏名住所電話番号書かないとダメ？

Value to money, walking distance from JR Station

The room is big enough for family of 4 The public bathroom is more than expected I would like to give special thanks to the staff who is willingly to help sending the belongings that we forgot to our next hotel.

風呂、フロント半分以上は感じがいい人。

フロント、人が多いわりに効率悪い。融通が効かず、いちいち鼻につくひともいる。床がベコベコしている。

Zimmer mit Aussicht auf den Ozean

Die Lage ist traumhaft - wenn man auf der Hausseite zum Ozean ist. Unser Zimmer war eines! Zudem hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Küchenzeile - das war auch fantastisch. Alles neu und sauber. Sehr empfehlenswert. Kleiner Supermarkt, Eiscafe und große Drogerie direkt am Hotel. Wenige Dutzend Meter bis zum Strand.

Preis war noch ok, da alles bestens war. Lage zum Stadtzentrum über 1 km zu Fuß. Das war extwas unpraktisch. Straßenbahnhaltestelle ca. 400 m vom Hotel.

A nice hotel to be in Hakodate

The room has a kitchen and a nice view. We could leave our luggage before the check in The Onsen was very nice and the hotel is five minutes walking from the train station. They have a big parking

Lovely big clean room, comfortable beds and good bathroom. Around 20 minutes walk from the station with food options close by.

It was advertised as a spa hotel however we were not aware that we would be prohibited from wearing clothing, had we known that I would not have spent so much money in a spa we wouldn’t use.

A Relax and Pleasant Stay.

The hotel has everything to pamper you, Good spa, Attentive Staffs : even they have difficulty way to communicate in English, The spacious and clean room, Nice stay.

The location was a bit far from Hakodate Station ,particularly when you have a big luggage with you.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks, we enjoyed all the food in the restaurants on the first floor, very friendly staff there too.

Be aware of the speed of Wi-Fi if you have to have conference meetings during your stay.

Superb

Room is large with lots cooking stuffs, and the hotel is with hot spring. Parking fee is 550 yen per day. If you arrive earlier, you can keep your luggage and park cars first.

very satisfy

I got upgrade to Deluxe king room with genius program which is very satisfy,the room has a big space with sofa bed,dinner table and a kitchen!! but unluckily that we got room on the 3rd floor so we didn't have a nice view. The bus stop for airport bus just in front of the hotel. but a bit far from JR station, few minutes to nearest tram.

When we check-in,staff didn't tell us any information just give the paper with english on.

Good place to stay, would come again

Breakfast was decent and cheap, Onsen was decent, there was a washing machine and drying rack. Staff also helped to call a taxi for us and allowed us to eat ice cream at the lobby

One staff was not very friendly (maybe because he assumed we were from China) but the others were all very friendly, so probably an anomaly. Washing machine instructions were rather difficult to understand even with intermediate Japanese proficiency as some functions like drying were not allowed.

Great value. Up to Japanese standards

Good location, close to teams and just a few blocks from good restaurants. The rooms were very spacious with all the amenities including washing machine, big fridge, stove and a balcony.

Amazing

Loved my stay here, amazing value. The deluxe twin room is pretty much an apartment, including washing machine, drying rack, stove and freezer. Friendly staff, there was an English speaking staff member. Buffet breakfast is Japanese/Western with a lot of choices. Onsen and sauna available free of charge. Great view of the sea from the balcony. Very nice atmosphere at this hotel. Walking distance from station (although the footpaths were not cleared from snow in Hakodate, so wheeling a suitcase will be difficult. You will most likely want to take a taxi).

No laundry detergent provided, although I think you could buy some from a dispenser at the communal laundry. The Seicomart down the street has travel size detergent satchets however. It would be nice to have coffee satchets available. Bed and pillow were very hard (even for Japan).

The onsens were far too hot to stay in for more than a few minutes, though this is a common problem in Japan.
