Breakfast was good and the location for where we needed to be was excellent. Hosts were very helpful and informative. Advised us of local take away and allowed use of the breakfast room to eat in.

Es war alles wunderbar! So ein traumhaft schönes Zimmer, mit dem wir nicht gerechnet haben. Alles so modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, extrem sauber und neu renoviert. Heizung war schon vorab angeschaltet - sehr aufmerksam! Alles von höchster Qualität - von der Bettwäsche, über die flauschigen Handtücher bis hin zu den Möbeln. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Gastgeber waren so aufmerksam, so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren vorab per Mail in Kontakt und bekamen alle wichtigen Infos. Beim Frühstück bekamen wir Tipps für unsere Ausflüge und Geheimtipps. Sehr sehr gutes Essen, auch ein vegetarisches Frühstück gab es zur Auswahl. Sehr schön alles - war von Anfang an ein richtig toller Aufenthalt und wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! Ein ganz wundervoll geführtes B&B :)

We were overwhelmed by the generosity of our two hosts, who were fantastic, nice, and helpful people. Staying in a guest house allows you to experience the warmth of the Scots. They were extremely friendly and gave us recommendations for places to visit and eat. Breakfast was excellent, and vegan options were available. We strongly recommended it!

Look into the eyes of the host and feel the joy of the here and now. Throughout the Scotland trip, the encounters with people were for the most part the most crucial. Our host has heart, mind and an incredibly wonderful sense of people towards people. We are grateful for this unique encounter and would be happy if other people could also feel the sense of lightness and welcome. Thank you for a different and special Aberdeen feeling. Sue & Frank

This B and B is easy to find in a great location and plenty of parking. I was warmly welcomed by Dave. My room was clean and comfortable. I particularly liked having a fridge and microwave for guest use. Excellent value for money

A first class stay in a clean, comfortable and city-convenient guest house. Marion and Davey were very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Communication was excellent and the breakfast delicious. For family reasons we will be visiting Aberdeen quite often for the foreseeable future and intend to make the Kildonan our home from home. Thank you for a great stay!

The bed was very comfortable, bathroom clean, room warm, breakfast was fabulous! All staff were very friendly and helpful with traveling tips. I will definitely be staying here again if I come back to Aberdeen!

Our hosts were very lovely and did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. There were even shortbread and chocolates at reception. It was a nice quiet location and the room had everything we needed.

I have just spent another few days in this lovely, homely guesthouse for the second time in the last few months. I was home from Belgium visiting my mother. It's beautifully decorated, the beds are very comfortable and the room and en suite are spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious and the complementary home baking waiting at tge bottom of the stairs was a tasty treat. I couldn't fault anything it was perfect. Marion is a lovely, woman with a heart in the right place, she is very warm, friendly and extremely helpful she helped me out when I needed some help with booking transport. If you are visiting Aberdeen, look no further Kildonan guesthouse is the best place to stay, perfect location and most definitely the perfect guesthouse. Thank you very much for your warm, heartfelt hospitality, it felt like home!

I thoroughly enjoyed my nights stay at Kildonan. It’s in a great position, very easy to find. The owners were lovely and very attentive. I was upgraded to an en-suite room for no extra cost and both the room and bathroom were spotless. The breakfast options were also great. I enjoyed it so much I made two future bookings directly with the guest house before I checked out.
