Nos desagrado el aseo

El señor de la recepción muy amable.

No había internet, ni cable de televisión y las habitaciones no eran del todo privadas, había conexión entre los techos de las habitaciones por lo que se escucha claramente lo que pasa al lado.

Bathroom and bedroom was not very clean. Rooms are small with very thin walls, you can hear everything outside of your room.

Our room was not clean when we got it. Hair, dirt and dust in the bed. We had to ask to give us new bed sheets. Then it was ok. Room was dark and you could hear everything from the other rooms.

Great location and the friendly caretaker. With warm water to bath.

Some hiccups on my arrival. As the hostal has messed up my arrival date. I was transported to Hotel Real 2 and transported back to Hostel Balcony on the first day of stay. The bed was filled with curly hair and some clumps of dirt by the time I removed the cover blanket on the bed, and that is disgusting.

- location is perfect - very friendly and helpful staff at the reception - low price

- my bed was noisy and uncomfortable - the room was very small - you can hear other guests in their rooms talking, therefore lack of privacy - the rooms have an open hole above the tv and hotel workers as well as other guests are loud early in the morning. You might get little sleep - on booking.com it says that they offer laundry services at additional costs. But when I arrived, I was told that this is not the case

The stuff guy is very nice and sweet.

He speaks only Spanish. It very darky and reminds of a dungeon. Good for a very cheap room.
