House "Balata Liscia" is a small house, just 2 minutes from the sea. It is immersed in full nature. The house is well suited for a family of three persons or a couple. The house has a private passage to the sea (beach cliffs). It is located 5 minutes from Augusta and 10 minutes from the beautiful city of Brucoli, where it is possible to buy fresh fish. The owners could be happy to let you try typical Sicilian dishes. It is also possible to rent a private airplane tour a boat for a tour of the fascinating southeast coast.

We had good time with cocking and relaxing and were all the time alone in a big garden and with own way to the see. The owner was very friendly and kind.
The best place to forget the city. We had no car here, but it was ok to walk. In February we had a lot of sun and almost 16 digress.

We spent four quiet days enjoying the lovely spacious garden on the clifftops. Lella was a really nice host.

Ringraziamo la signora Lella perla sua cortese e riservata ospitalità che ci ha permesso dì vivere la nostra vacanza in piena serenità nella bellezza di una natura selvaggia che ci avvolgeva in uno splendido paesaggio.

Wunderbar, ruhig, erholsam
Das Haus liegt ruhig am Ende einer Straße im Wohngebiet. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und alles Nötige ist vorhanden.
Es gibt einen privaten Zugang zum Meer, allerdings ist dort kein Strand-aber grandiose Klippen und Buchten. Man kann dort sehr gut spazieren gehen.
Lella ist sehr freundlich und hat uns trotz verspäteter Ankunft herzlich empfangen.
Wir haben einen herrlichen Urlaub verbracht und würden jederzeit wieder dort verweilen.

Nous avons apprécié le logement, qui est vraiment bien pour 2 personnes; situé dans une superbe propriété, avec des propriétaires très accueillants.

Super propriété donnant sur la mer,calme, bien située entre Catane et Syracuse.
Excellentes relations avec Lella et Vico pour la gestion matérielle.
Un souci cependant : je n'ai toujours pas reçu la caution de 150 euros de la part de Homelidays.

Maison pratique et bien entretenue.
Jardin très agréable et arboré.
Au bout de celui ci un chemin pour accéder à une crique, mais la descente est un peu compliqué à trouver soi même, l'hôte se fera un plaisir de vous montrer le chemin. ( Descente très abrupte, taillée dans la roche )
Tout s'est très bien passé, il y a un barbecue sur place alors forcément ..😉👍

Gite correspond très bien à l'annonce
Nous avons eu des difficultés pour nous rendre au gite, manque de plan, mais nous avons eu un guide Vito qui nous a pris en charge. Très bon accueil et grande disponibilité.
Gite de charme avec son jardin en toute intimité et panorama exceptionnel sur la mer et l'Eta.

location conforme au descriptif - très joli jardin et calme assuré - propriétaires très agréables
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour - l'environnement est très calme avec un charmant jardin. Location bien située pour visiter la Sicile.
Merci à Vito qui nous a accueilli et parle très bien Français et à Lella pour ses petites attentions.

Wir haben uns äußerst wohl gefühlt
Das Häuschen und der wunderbare großartige garten mit Blick auf das Meer und eine angenehme Ruhe waren für uns der richtige Ort um zu Sich zu erholen. Einziger Nachteil: der längere Weg zu einem Sandstrand.

Dejlig beliggenhed - styrken er udendørsfaciliteterne , skøn have og meget roligt . Flot kyst .
Vi havde et dejligt ophold . Dog synes vi at boligen er lille - vi manglede et soveværelse . Selvfølgelig vil dette føles anderledes hvis man er der om sommeren , hvor man kan opholde sig udenfor om aftenen på den fine terasse . De faciliteter der er - fungerer . God internet forbindelse . Køkkenet lidt mangelfuldt udstyret .
Vi savnede følgende : En brødkniv - en skarp kniv til grøntsager - ildfaste fade til ovnen . Vinglas fik vi af Lella .
En oversigt over hvilke ugedage der er marked i Augusta + nabobyerne .
Augusta er en fin by , når man lige ser bort fra " industrien " . Gode muligheder for ture til div. seværdigheder i omegnen . Sicilien er en dejlig ø og en meget flink og hjælpsom befolkning . Vi kommer igen til Sicilien ! Mange hilsner Gitta + Per Andersen .
OBS : En stjerne mere , hvis boligen havde været et værelse større !
