The property was in a lovely location which was very private but the accommodation that shares the pool was vacant whilst we were there. The Villa was set in lovely grounds overlooking the valley. The drive to beaches and Ericeira was 8-15 minutes, so convenient. Hans was very helpful and his communication with us was excellent.

The property was overall good but the outside areas needed a bit of maintenance, but it was in a large plot.

The house is located in the hills above Ericeira, you have a great view of the hills and even a bit of the ocean from the shady terrace and the sunny balcony. The pool is shared with a second house, but the houses are totally separated with separate entrances, so the pool is really the only place where you could meet the other guests. It is a 10min-drive by car to Ericeira and the surrounding beaches. The host is very nice and can give you lots of advice on restaurants and everything else. Thank you for great holiday, Hans!

Lovely peaceful location and the host was very prompt, helpful and nice. We were 2 adults and one baby staying in the 2 bed house - it was large and airy and very well equipped. There was a cot and high chair for baby too.

Warm welcome, tidy and clean house, very well equipped, beds were so comfortable, lovely pool, bbq worked well - we had a lovely stay!

Great location, great house very comfort, equipped and with a wonderful garden and pool.

The garden needs a little treatment.
