Pool & deck area with many sun loungers & umbrellas. Free parking. Walking distance to many restaurants on lake side. Lake view from our room.
Twin beds when double bed booked. Balcony not private from room nor privacy curtains.

The rooms were big, well air conditioned, with fantastic views of lake garda, the swimming pool was also pretty good, you could choose to swim in the pool or walk 20 m and swim in the lake :) the dinner menu at 12e per person and no charges for kids was real value for money and the food was good, all in all a very nice experience
Wifi or the lack of it almost, maybe because of the location the mobile internet was also not good

After reading other reviews I’ve got an impression that there are old suits and new ones. we were lucky to check in to a new suit, which was amazing. spacious, clean and comfortable

very nice hotel,
the swimmimg pool is beautiful
the location is very good(a few meters from the water)
I think it's only in our room
but the door to the small balcony
and to the bathroom
did not close and the flush water in the
wc was VERY short, they came and managed to fix the balcony door and the water but not the bath room door.
the breakfast was ok though
was not clear at all where to take what,
the guys do not speak English at all,
we asked for boiled eggs he showed us
Fried eggs we tried again to explain
but... so we gave up

the room was amazing with the lake view, the pool and the sun bathing place were really nice.
Breakfast was ok and all the staffs were really lovely :)

Lakeview is fantastic. Very pleased about the fridge in the room. This was excellent. Our room was large, however think we got a small upgrade. Very close to the lake. We loved the walk to Torri
Cleaning in the room - and the breakfast. Breakfast rather busy some times, but most likely due to Covid19.

- everyday cleaning and changing towels and toiletries
- good air conditioning
- friendly staff
- enough closets
- good parking space for free
- good swimming pool with enough loungers and sun umbrellas
- poor quality of breakfast- not so much choices for 4 stars hotel, coffee wasn’t good enough for Italy
- poor quality of WiFi, working on/off
- hotel is situated quite far from the city center (about 1,5 km) - good walk for us but for small children is quite far away
- enter to the lake is quite far from the hotel too

Floor in the room was not clean, spill marks from previous residents still visible
Reception was little impressed by the complaint, did not even offer an apology

Location
The hotel dosent deserve a 4 star category. It's a unfinished construction site. There were ants on the toilet and the breakfast was very poor quality. No phone in the room.

Breakfast itself was good but it took ages to get it.
Beds were very comfy.
Room was very noisy (AC and garbage collection) ;
It wasn't possible to turn the AC off from inside the room (they have to turn it off at the reception);
There was garbage collection at 4am for about half an hour so I couldn't sleep ;
It took ages to get breakfast (we also went to other hotels that period and they were able to handle covid19 restrictions way better) ;
I burned my finger on the bedside lamp after it was turned on for half an hour ;
There were not enough sun beds at the pool ... very crowded, we had to sit on the side of the pool
