Nice staff and well appointed property on a very busy high tempo party beach. Great spot to stay if you want to be clos

I like the staff all of whom were very attentive and friendly.

We did not like layout of the shower being positioned adjacent to the entrance and in plain view to the hallway of someone were to open the door. The addition of a privacy screen or curtain might be advisable.

Fine stay at the right time in the year.

Good food and especially a very great Services from the staff. All staff members were very supportive and did a very good job.

Hotel was just fine but the environment next to it didn’t look so nice, because party area ( Ballermann).

Calm oasis.

Though the area itself is very busy the hotel has a calming and friendly atmosphere. The food was delicious and changed all the time. You could not fault the cleanliness of the hotel! Hammad on reception was amazing and nothing too much trouble.

No tea/ coffee making facilities in room. Little privacy with shower in actual room

small rooms, over rated, food and beverage extremely expensive. a small bottle of water costs 3.5 EU

we arrived to an extremely small room that almost had no closet. and two separate beds. ( though we emailed property about the beds ) and at the reception, we were told it is one queen bed we arrive to the room, there is no space to even put our suitcases and the bed was separated. it was almost midnight. they gave us the same room but with a closet. and chartged us 90 euros extra for that. and same story with beds. we requested to join them, the next day they were not joined, the third day they were joined but the covers were two small separate covers.

Receptionists try to be nice, but they are not helpful at all . we ordered a taxi to the airport at 17:40 and sat in front of the receptionist. then when we went to ask about taxi she tiold us that the taxi came and laft because we were not outside. it was so weird that the receptionist said : i cannot leave my desk and call you ( though we were in front of her). we had to wait for another taxi.

Was ok, but no need to return or recommend.

- Varied cuisine during breakfast and dinner - Service personnel was very attentive - Good location for those who want to stay on this part of the island - Wifi could still be used on the beach in front of the hotel - No noise at night (because it were mostly older couples from Ger / CH staying in the hotel and some few younger couples during my stay in the first week of August) - Nice room - Secure hotel - Beach part in front of the hotel was safe also - Good connection to the city (2 euro/ ride) and to the airport (5 euro/ ride) per bus

- Do it yourself / hostel atmosphere for a 4 star hotel-price - Cocktail 18.50 euro when in the city the same one is 9 euro. - Cleaning staff and reception personnel were a bit lazy / didn't leave a good impression --> p.ex. by arrival go find the luggage room yourself it's somewhere there last room (??ok), cleaners came last minute before 15pm to clean the room and forgot to do half, took all towels forgot to put new ones, but hey, call the reception and organize yourself at 22pm when you notice, "Well whatever, mistakes happen" comments at a 4 star hotel with 200e+ per night price.... :D) - shower/ changing room for the last day after check-out seemed dirty and of course the same blond receptionist lady asked arrogantly do you need a fresh towel? Haha yeah well, I will not need it ever again, thanks :) - would not recommend it to younger people, people who travel alone or group of friends who want to be active

A hotel with a lot of heart.

really nice staff who genuinely care about your safety and if you are enjoying your trip. The pool is really nice, and the breakfast had a lot of options.

I wasn't aware that this hotel was right in the middle of the German party zone. It didn't bother me too much, but don't expect traditional restaurants or a "relaxing" atmosphere.

The room and the breakfast was perfect but the hotel is in the worst possible location

The hotel has a fantastic breakfast with a wide range of food. Also, some very nice smoothies and jiuces. Finally, the beds are amazing and the staff is very friendly and polite.

Unfortunately for the hotel, the location for our kind of vacations (family, couple) is the worst. Its in the middle of Ballermann and from 10pm and afterwards its inconceivable the loudness and the screams from the drunk persons, till 5am.

Amazing hotel in a unpleasant area

The food was amazing, so much choice. Also loved our private rooftop terrace with a fantastic view of the water

The neighbourhood/area was awful. Party central with drunken people everywhere and the smell of weed. Not a nice vibe.

Great Hotel at the party beach

- very near to the airport and Palma city - very nice clean beach near the hotel, very good for swimming - great food from the hotel - the fitness room is superb - modernly furnished

- the room price is quite high - the beach is great, but it's the notorious party beach of Mallorca, lots of alcohol drinking involved, some shameless people with bad manners there

I will for sure come back

Everything was great. Location (this hotel is probably not the best choice if you are looking for a very quite place. It is in the middle of everything, bars, restaurans, 100 m from the Mega Park and you can just hear the noise from that). It has beautiful interior, pool, delicious food (i had the half board, many many options evailable every evening and even if not each dish from the plenty variation was totaly perfect, I appreciate they changed the thema every evening, from mediterean to asian (also sushi), then to italian, then to local specialities... I understand this is not easy to do and they are really doing their best). Very nice and friendly staff. It would be better if all of them speak at least basic english, because to not to understand at least "sparkling water" is surpricing at such a hotel:). But generally i would give 9 points out of 10 for my exeprience at this hotel :) I will for sure come back.

It would be great to have some music at the pool to "hide" the noise from around as you just hear all the noise from all the bars, restaurants aroung, singing and screeming groups of people around. And no music at the pool :(

Spectacular!! If you're looking for a relaxing, luxurious vacation in Mallorca, this is the place!!

Property is absolutely stunning! The pools are beautiful with a full view of the sea. The rooms were so comfy and luxurious, I slept like a baby! The food at the buffet was delicious and so many options to choose from.

I can't complain. I loved every aspect of my stay at this hotel!

- There was no airconditioning in the room eventhough it was about 25 degrees. - The hotel was full with drunk guests making lots of noise at night. Upon identifying this to the hotel they acted like it was my problem.

Very enjoyable relaxing stay.

The staff were very friendly and so helpful from reception, to dining room to bar and cleaning staff. All excellent. The Breakfast and Dinner were particularly good with fabulous choices each day.

zero internet connection in none of the rooms. they gave me another room but still no internet missing towels in the room when I arrived horrible view: you pretty much are looking into the parking lot I was in 2 rooms: a smaller room and a bigger room and both had bad views. I ordered room service which never arrived

Very much fun, the staff personell really varries between very good to very poor

This is a great hotel with great location just on the beach. We had a suit with a balcony with sea side view and the room was very nice and had interesting design. Overall it is a fun place to stay. There was a great guy from the staff member Hammad whom helped us find a restaurant and really tried his best to make our stay remarkable like adding another hour of Spa time.

The Spa was only on reservation and it was not told before ! we wanted to go to the Spa but couldn't because we did not reserve which we did not know we needed too ! then on Sunday the Spa was closed because it was the end of the season but again, no one told us so again WE COULD NOT GO TO THE SPA although we asked before our stay if we can use the Spa and they said yes eventually we couldn't. There was a staff guy at the reception that just couldn't do a thing and was truly useless: Jesus. Try not to talk with him at all ! Hammed was a great guy and if it wasn't for him I would rate this hotel much lower. See my "what did you like" section how Hammed helped us.

Friendly clean hotel with a fantastic location

What makes this hotel is the friendliness of the staff. They are polite, they learn your name and are wanting you to enjoy your stay. The hotel was spotless and clean. Beachside location could not be faulted.

It would have been nice to have tea And coffee making facilities in room rather than having to order down. Not enough desserts so if you went to eat later you would not be able to have the main food items.

Very good

Hotel is located few minutes by car from Palma Mallorca, next to the clean beach. The pool is great, rooms are furnitured nicely and around there are a lot of very nice restaurants. Gym and the breakfast offer is also great.

If you look for more calm couple holiday you should find quite stressful the noice during evenings and late nights from the beach promenade. Also if you have a rented car you should have a problem to park on the street right in front of the hotel. Parking is for free almost everywhere but not secured by hotel. We found the sport on the streest few meters far from the hotel.

Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and located next to the beach

- perfectly located hotel to enjoy the beach and the nightlife - excellent facilities (pools, breakfast/dinner room) and the room is well equipped (air conditioning, shower, fridge) - the buffet choice is amazing and everything is delicious - every client request is quickly and efficiently dealt with

- in overall, the staff is helpful and efficient when you ask something. Some staff members are friendly and motivated (Magdalena in the kitchen is fantastic and so are the housekeeping staff, they should be the standard) but others are plain rude and look really unmotivated. There is a lack of smiles, "hello" and "with pleasure" to make it a 4 star sup hotel. - I booked a double superior room with front view on the sea and the swimming pool. I ended up having a distant front view on the sea and a main view on the garden and the noisy lateral road. Based on the pictures, I should have had a direct view on the sea. I was informed by the staff that only 3 rooms in the hotel have this direct view on the sea. The receptionist offered me to change the room when available but nobody wants to pack and unpack in a middle of stay. It’s a bit sad as I wrote the hotel before arrival that it was important for me to have a nice front view. - it is a shame that this 4 star sup hotel is next to some apartments rent by young rude people who listen to their music so loud that the pool is not a relaxing environment anymore
