Very good for a family with children

Friendly staff and keeping the place and swimming pools clean despite large numbers of visitors. Very nice aqua park which my daughter loved. Several swimming pools

Buffet staff were kind and helpful, but there could have been more variety and better quality food. I only did bed and breakfast.

Okay stay, but probably would not stay here again.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Our AC broke and when I asked them about fixing it they sent someone right away and got it working. The resort itself is very pretty and cozy. Our family liked the all inclusive option. The location our room was great especially with kids.

The beds are like sleeping on cinder blocks and the pillows are awful! This alone is enough to make us not want to stay here again as we woke up in pain every morning. We wish the pools were warmer as none of them felt heated. Also the pools closed at 4:30 so there wasn’t much to do with preteens after this and we found the evenings to be boring. A couple of days they never even opened the water slides or on other days they were late opening them. The activities listed were often different than what was really happening which was really disappointing. The food was okay, but not great.

Would not recommend this to anyone :(

The staff was nice and professional.

The place is like a maze, we got lost and struggled to find where to go the whole stay. The bar at the pool was dirty, there was sand in our drinks and there was not much to choose between. The bathroom in our room had not been cleaned properly. The massage was not good at all and i would not recommend anyone to go there sadly. The massuses was not educated properly and seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing.

It was too crowded and very limited places available by the pool, there weren’t much entertainment by the pool or even at night only in the pub and there wasn’t much variety in terms of food; it was flavorful though.

Amazing Stay. The room, the food, the beach and the pools were very good and very good value for money. The whole experience was excellent.

The restaurant was so crowded and the items weren't well arranged. The AC in the room wasn’t good enough. Slow check in process.

Overall, it was good - the pools and food. Special thanks to Mr. Michael in the reservations team for his support in modifying the booking, regardless of the final outcome. It's a big place with many pools, including one aqua pool for kids. The food is very nice with different options available throughout the day. There are lots of activities every day, and the hotel is always bustling with people - you can feel the vibes clearly once you enter.

The reception team is usually busy for the big numbers of guests. The room service is not responding quickly to room requirements, such as providing slippers, bathrobes and iron machine. Another issue is that ants are common in the rooms, especially if any food is left behind. Furthermore, the daily activities and parties are not well announced, making it difficult for guests to participate. Additionally, some staff members at the outside pools appear uncomfortable if you order drinks more than once, even though they are included for free in the all-inclusive package.

We didn’t like our stay in all ways.

Nothing. Very bad experience.

I’m not satisfied at all. It’s not my first time here at Rihanna but this time It was a very bad experience/stay. The reception service/staff are not professional in all ways. They don’t know how to communicate well with their guests. The way they talk, behave and treat the guest is horrible. I’ve never mentioned this in any of my stays here at Rihana but this time I had to talk about such horrible attitude and service. We usually book months before our stay and they don’t give any priority to us. And the thing that this time they gave us a room for special needs (thank god no one of us needs this) which is something that we didn’t book for and shows how unprofessional they are.

Excellent stay for adults and children

The food was great with a large variety, staff are very friendly, rooms are roomy and cosy. The all inclusive experience was outstanding. We really enjoyed the aqua park (adults and children). The animation activities for kids were great.

MUST try the Spa! We were a group of 12 and 10 of us had massages. We were all very satisfied and went back for multipl

The location is excellent! Just a few minutes walking to downtown where you have access to everything. The property is well maintained but the ground is marble which gets very slippery. Be careful. Great for families. The lagoon is nice. The Spa is AMAZING! Access to a market to do your Egyptian souvenir shopping. Indoor and outdoor dining seating options. The best thing about this resort is the STAFF!!! The staff is polite, friendly, accommodating, helpful, and hospitable. I highly recommend this if you’re traveling during non-peak seasons.

There are smokers everywhere! I didn’t like the other guests…. They were entitled and treated staff disrespectfully. We stayed during Eid El Adha and it was crowded with native Egyptians…. We will be avoiding June-September from now on.

Location, food is very tasty with varieties, night activities on weekends, lagoon is nice and beach access is easy using boats

Hotel is a bit crowded specially the resturant for meals, staff is a bit slow responsive to requests regarding the room, we did complain about ants in the room but no action although they said they will solve it Also we were given a room with no view although we booked one with due to unavailability of rooms.
