It was just perfect . I recommand that hotel. People were very welcoming event at 1:00 am when we arrived. We had a problem with the air condionning and people found a solution very quickly.

very small parking so that we had to find some place in the area. It was a rental car and we did not know if the area was secure or not. But we did not have any problem.

The property was an easy walk to everything I wanted to see. Beds were comfortable and clean and the a/c worked perfectly.

it was a bit noisy. My room was near the stairwell/elevator and it was very loud.

Excellent room, very clean with all the amenities that you would expect. Was surprised of the quality and standard. The host in reception was extremely helpful, very friendly and was easy to communicate with. PERFECT!!

Great location. The staff were super helpful.

The room was very noisy as it faces the street, so it was hard to sleep. I'm not 100% sure about the cleanliness either as there was someone else's toothbrush in our bathroom when we arrived.

Liked the moment I've walk away from the Pseudo hotel

On 01st Dec I've called the hotel and the receptionist Nuno put the phone down on my face, nice Nuno very professional. Cleanliness disgusting l, as per pictures. Maintenance very poor, I've asked for a wake up call and after a while realized that the phone was not working Lack of management I wrote a letter to Mrs Rute Martins Sousa addressing the issues and after one week still not an answer, keep the money I've paid for the room and do an update regarding customer service Fawlty Towers has moved from Torquay to Faro.

staff were excellent. the location is also very good. my biggest impression was the cleanliness of the sheets and towels. The room was very clean too.

the room was tired, with little storage for smaller items, socks pants toiletries etc, and both bedside tables were hanging off the wall so nothing could be placed on them, for example a glass of water.
