Very peaceful location near to city center & loads of paths to exercise on along the water. Staff were so lovely. Deck with chairs & table was nice. Fresh air was perfect. Free car parking infront. Fridge in room
Beds were not comfortable at all & no kettle.

My partner has mobility problems and the staff could not have been more helpful, as a result of the mobility problems we spent a lot of time sitting on the terrace/decking lakeside the staff went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.
The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant which is a pity.

Loved this hotel and it’s great position on the lac ! Beautiful… breakfast also very good shame they didn’t do dinner as found it difficult to locate a good restaurant nearby !

lovely hotel, superb location great views.
nice to see a jacuzzi bath but I cannot get out of a bath easily, the shower head was down on the bath and I couldn’t reach to put it in the holder as was too high for me.
the toilet seat wasn’t fixed on and was sliding about.
very pet friendly, a nice overnight stay.

The room is very comfortable and clean, lovely linen and a good size. The spa bath didn't work in our first room so the staff changed us to another room with no problem, it was a hassle but they are really nice
I think we were so early in the year that the bar wasn't open which was a shame as the view and location next to the river was great, so we walked to another hotel...
