accommodation provided gluten-free breakfast when I asked for it. it was great! thank you for making our stay comfortable. rooms were really clean and not noisy! we could rest well.

From arrival to departure the staff couldn’t do enough to be helpful and friendly. We were welcomed, the hotel amenities were explained to us and we received maps, info sheets and discount booklet. the Wellness and Massage Service was very clean and very weil done. The pool and sauna area were clean and well looked after. Rooms and decor were rather retro but that added to the charm. Short driving distance to Winterberg. Definitely recommend and would use again. Breakfast and Restaurant food both very good.
Clean, large rooms and spacious bathrooms. Although there were lots of children of all ages with families it caused no disruption to other guests as the breakfast areas were separate and the noise wasn’t noticed.

Breakfast was great and very complete. Staff very friendly.
One thing could be better and that is the availabilty of tv channels..there were no english language channels and no moviechannels

Very friendly staff, good breakfast and close to Winterberg. And really a very friendly staff :)
Beds are really soft, which is not my preference
