Breakfast, staff, cleanliness, accessibility to the beach! It was more than what we thought. we didn't expect it to be such a family resort but it was fine!
I expected less children but will be considered when we have our own a great place to travel too! Beds could've been more comfy!

From start to finish the whole stay was awful and one of the worst holidays I’ve ever been on. We arrived in the monsoon rain, and were greeted with a card machine instead of welcome drinks, or a warm Italian welcome. We had to make payment immediately. Our room was incredibly dated apart from the bathroom. The bed was hard but everything was very clean, (I will say that). For a 4* hotel the staff and the hotel’s Blu Restaurant were not great. The staff (apart from the 2 women on reception) were rude, and after wishing to cut our stay short because of the bad weather by requesting a partial refund we were NOT treated like paying visitors but like we had offended them in some way. The manager explained we can’t have a refund per day but we can have credit with the hotel to stay again. Okay, that was understandable. So with credit on our bill we decided to go have dinner at the hotel’s Blu Restaurant. Word to the wise, do not eat here. After, the waiter not knowing anything about wine, they left some sort of paper with our order on the table which they’d score off every time you ate something which made me feel like I couldn’t relax. The pasta arrived and it was cold, hard and inedible. We complained it was cold and the response was to shove in in the microwave. After leaving and letting reception know we’d pay for the wine but we’d like to eat someplace else - we were victimised! First at breakfast with glares from the staff as we ate our breakfast - simply because we refused to eat, and pay for cold hard pasta at their “excellent” restaurant. I wouldn’t eat in their restaurant, because if you dare disagree with the quality of the food, you’ll have the manager start an argument with you at 10pm at night when your starving hungry and who insists you speak to the chef about his inability to cook pasta. I’ve extensively travelled Italy and know what real Italian food and customer service looks like and this wasn’t it!

I liked the cleanliness, beach location was awesome, the ocean was awesome. Quietness was nice.

The receptionist ( guy) was rude. The rest of the staff are friendly but waitress are always selling and upselling. You need to ask the price otherwise its overcharged . We paid euro 70 for a small grilled fish , catch of the day barely 400 grams We arrived at breakfast at 8am and only 1 pancake left, was asking if there would be more pancake for my son on the breakfast buffet and instead of saying, it will be refilled later , she said , it runned out but I can get you for extra fee. And then after 10 minutes pancake was refilled at the buffet station. Good breakfast selection though. 2 Waitress were coughing - teresa and daniela , not wearing face mask and coughing while serving food and drinks and handling food. We told the management,no action taken. Food selection for lunch and dinner is not good. Also I dont find the food particularly delicious for this hotel category. The mid-price restaurant Chiaro di Luna at the center taste way better . Overpriced hotel . We came on an off pick season but I wouldnt pay it full price when we come back next. With this price there are other hotels that can give better value .

What a beautiful hotel on an incredible crystal clear watered beach. The pool and restaurant were also a big plus. Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful property, amazing views, nice quiet location, close to the beach, lovely little pool to relax around. the staff were so helpful and friendly but a little unorganised. I adored the original features of the hotel. I thought was beautifully presented.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable, to the point we didn’t sleep as they were so hard and so were the pillows. A hotel that charges 5* pricing needs to offer comfort to their guests. The restaurant was very expensive and the food was below average. Charging €50 a day to hire a sun bed on the beach wasn’t great, especially when you are a family of 5. Again, when you pay 5* prices charging additionally for sun beds is unacceptable.
