Fabulous location in the main square, oublic parking available directly underneath the hotel with a discount for hotel users.. Staff very helpful - especially Silvia (thank you Silvia), who sorted out an extra room for us.

Quarto muito bom, silencioso; localização perfeita, cama grande, banheiro grande, tudo ótimo. Não pagamos o café, pois sairíamos muito cedo. Mas na recepção tinha deliciosos croissants e outros mimos para os madrugadores. Achei muito gentil. E ainda tivemos um

Amazing staff. They served us food and drinks in the lounge area, which was so kind.
The room was big and very clean - even a coffee maker.
Breakfast was amazing. Totally worth the price.
Loud and late night festivities in the plaza in front of the hotel on the weekend

Central location, short walk to Cathedral, many dining and drinking places nearby and, most of all, very helpful front desk staff.

The hotel has literally got all the boxes ticked, from very comfortable rooms ( more than enough REAL pillows ), to spacious bath and bathroom facilities to perfect location to be in central to town.
in addition staff were very helpful and seemed like one of the few places where they spoke fluent English and could understand fully your needs.
The hardest part was time of year making it difficult with availability of services ( winter time / end of year at Christmas ).
Also their were some small cracks along the floors that probably need some repairs/sealing.
