le petit déjeuner est très bien, varié et avec des produits de bonne qualité (fruits, omelettes, patisseries fraiches).
la décoration et l'aménagement de l'hotel est de bonne qualité. Le personnel est professionel et très agréable.
bien que pas juste sur la plage, il suffit de 5 min pour y aller.les cocktails au bars etaient très bons.
le chambre est bien équipée mais notre suite avait plusieurs soucis:
1)les fenetres donnent sur le parking: tous les matins et tous les soirs il y a des lumières et du bruit de voitures(il y a des places à 3m de la fenetre). impossible de dormir la fenetre ouverte ou de laisser les rideaux ouverts car les personnes passent devant.
2)l'éclairage de la chambre est mal conçu. on n'arrive pas a avoir un bonne luminosité dans cette chambre qui a de petites fenetres.
3)La literie est bonne mais il n'utilisent pas de housses de couettes: il y a des couettes, mais pas de housse de couette: un drap+couette+drap. c'est une catastrophe pour dormir dedans.
je ne comprends pas pourquoi cet hotel affiche 5 étoiles, bien que très bien, il est loin d'un hotel 5 étoiles.

nos encantó la habitación. además, nos pusieron una mejor que la que habíamos contratado porque estaba libre. el jacuzzi una maravilla, y la cama gigante
el parking me parece un poco caro, yo creo que es aprovecharse porque no hay ningún sitio cerca para dejar el coche. tampoco me gustó que en las habitaciones de la planta más baja no hay casi privacidad, porque en nuestro caso, daba directamente a la piscina y se veía todo.

The hotel is within five minutes walk from the beach and restaurants in a beautiful town. It was very clean and hospitable. There is plentifully car parking. We will use this hotel again.

A superb hotel within a few minutes walk of the beach. If you're into Motorsports you'll think you're in heaven for that is the theme and everywhere you look there is interesting memorabilia on display.
The staff are extremely helpful, the breakfasts are simply superb and in the evening the restaurant serves excellent food at a very reasonable price. An easy short drive to Santander so I'm confident that we will try to book again in the future.

We stayed for 2 nights and had Half Board. Very pleasant hotel. Nice clean room and bathroom. Excellent service all around. Especially Benesa from the dinning room.
The best surprise was the superb food. The Chef in this hotel is the best. Every plate was a master piece, a delight to the taste and to the eye.
Only comment - it would be nice to have more vegan choices.

Location is good, this small town is a great find. The hotel is quirky but has all the facilities you might need in a lovely traditional structure.
The receptionist spoke good English and was helpful but other members of staff had no second language and some were unhelpful. A 5 star hotel, in my opinion, is one where staff try to ensure you are looked after. We were unable to find towels for the pool,and at breakfast my wife was spoken to rudely and I was ignored and left to roam the large cellar area looking for elements of the meal. My wife had committed some heinous crime. Her shoes being very dirty she had chosen to enter the breakfast room with just her socks on, it appears this is some major crime in this hotel.

Everything. Friendly, kind, attentive staff. Beautiful, spacious, comfortable rooms. Super clean, pleasant, with attention to detail. Big enough car park. A lovely experience in all.

Delightful, friendly and helpful staff at all levels, delicious food (too much of it, of course).
Very comfortable bed, though I would have preferred a thinner duvet. I expect I could have been given one if I had asked, so no cause for complaint.
The write-ups didn't point out how far the Suites were from the main part of Suances. We had hoped to be able to walk to the sea/river.

Staff was friendly and professional. check in and out super easy. Room and bathroom are roomy and clean. The parking was easy. The hotel has a nice cozy feel to it with a car theme. The bartender makes a great mojito and I’ve been to Cuba where I’ve had plenty. Since we were there in the off season we had to eat in the hotel and the dinner was amazing and the breakfast buffet had lots of options to choose from. Definitely would stay here again.

Shame the pool wasn't heated and jacuzzi was empty, although it is early in the season.

Very Spanish but dare I say to international in its quisine. Love local produce and simple fresh tasting produce.
Breakfast was very good with a huge choice of nice products.

everything, although my wife didn’t like the hair dryer because it wasn’t powerful enough for long hair !!!
The staff are exceptionally good and the theme of the hotel and rooms are great. welcome drink upon arrival and lovely meals in the snack bar area. A lovely touch was a gift of home make biscuits when we were leaving.

the room and ensuite facilities were excellent; the staff were welcoming, cooperative and ready to help with all our requests. The breakfast was amazing and evening meal of a very high standard and reasonable cost

Fourth or fifth stay here.
We do about 50 hotel nights a year and this is one of the very few that we do not find any fault with. The attention to detail is superb.
Highly recommend if your in the area especially if your using the Santander ferry.

The Hotel was just outstanding. The rooms, the facilities (Gym, Pool etc), the staff were amazingly helpful and the setting was just perfect ..I cannot fault it in any way

Beautiful hotel, immaculately clean with friendly staff.
Loved the motorcar/motorcycle sport theme mixed with feature stone walls, wooden beams and ceramic floor tiles.
Room was spacious and super comfy bed
There is actually nothing to complain about.
