Персонал внимательный. Старательный. До пляжа ближайшего 15 минут хотьбы. Отель расположен далековато от активной жизни. Остановка автобуса в аэропорт при входе в отель.

Номера требуют ремонта. Постель стоит заменить. И следить за чистотой посуды.

Location.

Not very good vegetarian options. Timings for eating for breakfast lunch and dinner were short and limited. No water bottles were provided in rooms with housekeeping.

Very good

Above my room there was a machine that made a lot of noise, I asked the staff to change rooms and they gave me a new, quieter room. The staff was 5*. We had lunch and dinner included

Excellent value for money

Based off the reviews, I thought this hotel would be average. I actually had a really nice time. The food was delicious, and different every night, including between lunch and dinner. The location was fantastic for us (next to the water park and bus stop into Palma/Airport). The balcony was facing residential area, but it was still nice to have one. The pool was quiet, enough sunbeds for everyone (we came in mid-May), and a real mixed crowd of people. The area seems to be quite German in terms of activities, but we spoke English/Spanish so we were fine everywhere. Just not used to people approaching us and speaking German! Overall, this is the nicest hotel that I've stayed at in a long time. Excellent value for money.

Room was a little noisy at night, but we slept through it fine.

There is a lot of choice in the buffet and they change it, it is not the same everyday. The food doesn't have much taste though, but the desserts are great. The room is REALLY big. The staff is really kind.

The coffee (for breakfast) is terrible. The water pressure is not good, plus the hot water turns cold every 12 seconds or so, it is really annoying to take a shower there. There was a cockroach in my bathroom and it could've been cleaned better.

good for what you pay for.

clean and tidy hotel with lots of inside space. locations was just a short walk from the beech / restaurant which I think is good as it get a bit lively at night

there wasn’t a lot of room around the pool and the sun beds were limited / broken food times were ok but dinner was a bit late starting at 7:30pm

I really enjoyed the food , every day something different, felt like home there , staff were really nice ..Mario such a great guy , he entertained the people there , the lifeguard also a great guy ! looking forward to come back next year !

location is great, close to airport and to the beach bus stop in front of the hotel, lovely patio for evening drinks

extremely noisy, you can hear everything, and when I mean everything I mean everything even morning alarm next room, one evening we heard somebody sneeze that's how bad it is.

location is great, the bus stop to the airport is right in front of the hotel, the beach is 10min walk away, closest shop and pharmacy 2min walk. very quiet area good deal for what you paying

I've been travelling a lot in my life so far but this is the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. You can hear absolutely everything even a phone alarm next door, flashing toilets, absolutely crazy. Pressure in the shower is very strange and weak, I'm tall but I don't believe that if I want to wash my hair I have to sit in the bath as the pressure is so weak it will stop as soon as I put it above my head.

We didn't like air-conditioning it was very warm in room on 5th floor nightmare. Beds not comfortable at all and food was bad after first dinner and breakfast we decided eat outside hotel

Location was good, hotel was OK but the food was absolutely disgusting, had to spend loads of money eating out as the all inclusive food was so bad.

Single bed uncomfortable/Double bed was small /dirty room with mold in a side beds /bath really small even my 5y old can't fit inside/bathroom dirty/wardrobe was full of dust . Food was ok but nothing special.

Great location, nice staff but rest bad

great location with bus stop right outside property. I travel the island by bus so it was perfect!

- food was not good. I understand to not expect spectacular food at all inclusive but this was bad - A/C did not work properly. Difficult to be comfortable on a warm room. Outside temp 40 degrees C - very loud noises all the time until late at night. Ppl/kida running in hallways, shouting, slamming doors. after 11pm pretty quiet. - You have to give €2 for the cup they serve your beer/wine.

Fine for a week stay.

Room was clean, location was fine and quiet. Pool was deep and never had to fight for a sun bed. Can get pastries/sandwich between breakfast/dinner from the bar.

Had to pay €1 deposit on a plastic cup every day for drink. Only ever had one person on the bar so the queue could be long especially when you just wanted to deposit cup for money back. Sometimes the room hadn’t been cleaned until around 2:30 so after lunch we’d be changing for the beach and cleaner needed to come in after we’d vacated room from 8. No entertainment provided except for one game once a day in the pool and one night where somebody put requests on YouTube despite a screen showing a schedule each day of activities. Have to pay for any other snacks during the day and due to Spanish law can only have 3 drinks of wine or beer at lunch/dinner which are marked on a card, but beer is 33cl, so all 3 amount to just over a pint. Bottles of water are 2€ but can buy from local shop for half the price.

it was okay, glad I read reviews first to manage my expectations, wouldn’t go back

The staff were friendly but slow. There was only ever one barman who was very nice but there were too many customers for him so long waits and I’ve also never been to a hotel where the reception wasn’t always manned, more long waits. it was very clean but the beds were not comfy. You definitely need earplugs to sleep well as the walls are paper thin.

I get the new rules of certain parts of Mallorca but this should never be advertised as all-inclusive, ever. I would not have gone there if I had known. All-inclusive doesn’t have a 6-drink a day limit at certain times. It’s full board. And the food was really varied in quality, sometimes great but sometimes not at all. €1 for a cup deposit is very inconvenient and €2 a day per towel with €20 deposit is extreme when a towel costs €5 in the beach shops.

absolutely nothing!!

the facilities was unclean strong smell of sewage and urine in room each day made a complaint and nothing was done about it ac stop working the food was not suitable for human consume there was bed bugs on the bed the mattress was disgusting and had hair and holes all of over it. tv was not working no prominent signs around the the pool which led to me almost drowning this hotel is a disaster no security during unsociable hours which is unsafe for guests and staff
