Location was a long way from town and restaurants, and the hotel restaurant was closed

It was fine for the price we paid.

Breakfast was good and they kindly started it early for a Sunday morning to help us. Staff were helpful both on the phone before we arrived and at breakfast.

The room had quite a musty smell (maybe because the windows were closed to allow the air conditioning to work better), it just felt a bit old.

Awful, terrible. Please, stay anywhere else

Location was conveniently near the main motorway, but it was on an industrial estate

We were in room 007 and it reeked of cigarette smoke. It did not improve on ventilating by opening doors and windows. It was motel style so all the rooms opened to the exterior. It did not feel as secure as a hotel would, where the rooms open into a central corridor with a manned reception. The reception was in a separate building to the rooms. We could hear car does slamming and conversations from the car park.

Pleasant

Room was good, location was very good. Staff was very good, Breakfast was very good. Need a little upgrade to the toilet flush. If you can put a little bigger board near the hotel to direact to the entrance, it will be helpful.

Served it’s purpose for an overnight stay. Wouldn’t choose again.

Near to motorway.

Location unappealing. Matting on floors to rooms very worn and dangerous re tripping hazard. On arrival, found toilet had been used and not flushed, therefore assumed it hadn’t been cleaned.

The two members of staff we had contact with were very pleasant and worked hard having to do everything from receptionist to waiter. Their understanding of English was excellent (embarrassed to say our French in comparison is very poor)

The room was extremely basic and the external block it was in was very dated. Floor coverings on the access balconies were torn and dangerous trip hazards especially at the top of stairs. The cost was excessive and not at all value for money bearing in mind we were aware it is a budget.hotel. We have stayed at Campanile hotels before and been happy with them. Very recently we were at the Mestre (Venice) Campanile which was cheaper and far, far superior to this at Dole. Overall a very disappointing stay (but this was no reflection on the staff who were very courteous and helpful.

The restaurant is okay, but the cook doesn't seem to have heard of spices. Great mobile reception thanks to antenna next door.

"Courtyard view" = parking lot view and noise from the highway; "garden view" = some bushes and industry buildings. Trash everywhere on the property.

comfortable stop over for a UK to Italy drive

comfort, cleanliness, convenience of location and check in/out.

The place looked tired, it can do with a refurbishment inside and outside. We stayed various time before, as we use Campanile hotels a a stop over for our drive to the Alps.

Campanile Dole

Staff were excellent. Basic room was good for an overnight stop on a long journey. Hot food available. AntiCovid measures in place.

The bed was very hard, not comfortable at all, poor night's sleep.

Have stayed at Campaniles several times and I know why!

Selection of food was beyond expectations! Equally super was the wide range of breakfast choices! It is a perfect match for those who are travelling long distance and are in need of a night stop. You arrive and feel home. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful even my French is close to zero. Anytime again!
