The location

The staff knew poor English, they didn’t help us with little requests such as changing 2 pillows in our room, the room cleaning comes just when they want, they don’t vacuum rooms, the whole structure is old. The breakfast is free but very poor

Came at about 7pm to the hotel then realised my card was in my main bag said I will come pay after I go to the room. Was refused so had to open my bag in the lobby to get the card. Got to the room very dimly lit, toilet was filthy, not flushed full of wee, flush did not work. The bedding had holes in them. In the morning wanted to shower the bath was filthy and hair all over. Went downstairs to complain was given another room which was none the better the house manager was told to show me another room but she never once looked up from her phone was too busy texting away. This will be in the few worst hotel I been in

I was staying at this hotel for the 2nd time and i was pretty happy. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is also good with the fresh food. Location is just 5 minutes from Basmane Gar (train station) and Basmane Metro which goes in different locations, also Konak, Saat Kulesi, Kizlar Agasi Han, Kemeralti Carsi and Alsancak are all walking distance if you don't mind walking (5-30 minutes) and the area is quite safe if you are a solo traveler.

Location is very good, easy to get to every touristic spots in Izmir. The staff was very friendly, nice and helpful:) Thank you!
